For a theme you could do cosplay. Gaara cosplaying another anime character. . .it would be fun to see what people could come up with.
(Did Gaara cosplaying Usagi just flash through anyone else's head? XD)
As for how long it should be. . .
Well, school is coming up (for me at least) so you should give people awhile. Perhaps a month or two? This gives those of us with school/work time to do them, as well as perfect them if need be.
I have no clue as to what the prize should be. I'd say ninja headband, but I know that's ridiculous. O_O

That reminds me!
We should have two different winners. One for CG and one for traditional. It would be fairer, (I think) because we all know CG will beat traditional every time. (Unless the traditional is like. . .super amazing, but that's beside the point.)

Hmmm, cosplay sounds funny, but I can see a lot of Panda bears or Tanukis coming up D':

I kinda figured a ninja band would be a little. . .out of price range. XD How about a panda hat!!!!! (Haha, I kid. . .or do I? ninja ) As for all the panda bears and whatnot. . . Well, you can tell people they'll have less of a chance to win if they're not creative. Or you could specify in the rules. 1. You can draw Gaara cosplaying anyone or anything, but no pandas!!!!No?

Then I shall. just PM me when you choose the theme for I will most likely forget about it. sweatdrop I have a VEARY bad memory which is companied by procrastanation, if I'm not constanty reminded of something It will make a mad dash outa my brain and into the ocean.
