Saxes. Last year we had a sax section. Then the three seniors graduated (two alto, one bari), and now the section sounds like s**t.

We have a good sax section, but one (an 8th grader) screws around, never practices or shuts up. I mean...when all 58 of the band are in tune except for one...it really sounds horrible when you sit next to him.

Saxophones. It's not the instrument I don't like, it's the people who play them. The saxes are usually the last to stop playing when the director tells us to stop. Then, while he's talking, they play and I can't hear him! Then I have to turn around and give them a "shut the heck up" look.
The upper chair flutes never shut up either.... why is it that we who play the second part and sit closer to the back seem to have more respect for band class than the people who made 1st-4th chairs? It just doesn't make any sense.

Probably the clarinets. They are lazy as hell and make us look bad.

Trombone... we have none in our band. XD Our low brass is two baritones (one who plays trombone only when forced to) and a tenor sax.

Trumpets get on everyones nerves! (mine included) Just because they can never memorize their music good and they always mess up and they take up like half of the class time! BUT the piccolo gets on everyones nerves too, which is kind of why I like it. I play the piccolo (and flute) and since I'm section leader I always have to play the music so they know how it sounds and it's funny when it gets on everyones nerves I think.

I hate the oboe, bassoon, and french horn. I have a reason to hate all of em and that is that when not played "right," these instuments will send shivers up ur spin. I know why ever1 hates us(as in the trumpet section of which I am a member). Its because we are so dang Cocky(at my school at least). This is a good thing too(I've been told).
