From what I've heard, KawaiiBunneh is right, Photoshop is one of the best.
x3;; I wouldn't really know though, since I prefer OpenCanvas for it's paintiness. O: But then again... I don't make graphics and stuff like that. xP;

Yeah, it's for drawing and CGing.
I would be shocked to see if anyone made a good sig or tag or something like that out of it. x3;; That'd be impossible. xD

It's expensive if you buy it though. @_@

So there's no hope of putting anything on it to save stuff. D:

I tried that once, but they split every episode into three parts. D;
It gets bothersome. And sometimes I can't read the subtitles. xP
