Crap, how did I miss this topic?
Well, my favourite sparring technique (since I've yet to be in an actual fight(thankfully)), is quite a simple one. From free stance, I'll slide in and punch with my forward hand, more of a fake-out really, then I'll follow up by stepping in and reverse punching with my other hand, usually my right hand as it's stronger. Now usually I don't get any points for that part, because people back up. Which is key. When they step back I catch their foot with my own and pull it up and back, hopefuly tripping them. If I'm quick enough I can pull it off, and when they're on the way down it's always a nice treat to try and punch them in the gut.

Neck grab or a kick to the knee.
I ended up knocking over a kid 45-50lb more than me by stomping on his foot (extremly hard, I had a large bruise on the bottom of my foot for 5-6 months)while pushing on his left side (he was a righty) he moved back with his right foot (one not stomped on) when I stomped and pushing him just added to it, so that works nicely too.

Heh, one of my favorites is pretty simple. In fencing, I do a few probing lunges at my target, each being easily parryed. Then I do a final lunch, but drop the tip of my blade as I move in, as he moves his guard down to compensate, I twirl the tip back up in a circular motion and connect. Works every time.

That sounds like a lunging lead straight in JKD... being that Fencing was a main influence on the style.

My favorite technique in sparring and certain street situations is my 1-2-3 combo, A sharp jab followed by a low stepping cross then whilst getting up a very sharp and powerful shin kick to inside thigh. The sudden change in levels from the low croos makes it very hard to see or counter the low kick, making it a surefire damaging hit 80% of the time.

xxkanamesanxx im more of a grappler so either a outside single to a front trip and take the fight to the ground. or get him to step in so i can grab a front head lock and sprall straight back but leave one knee foward to his face goes into it. So essentially you're GIVING him a leg. Nice one, dumbass.

Yes, though I don't recall doing it.
Outside of the quote in Mirkos post it was more of the "true lolz but street people don't know how to grapple!" mould, REMEMBER KIDDIES, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING, JUDO IS HARD TO FIND, MARTIAL ARTISTS ARE ALWAYS THE ONE DEFENDING AND NEVER ATTACK PEOPLE OR START TROUBLE. NO ONE YOU WILL FIGHT WILL EVER KNOW MA.

Too true Jass...well said methinks.
But, back on topic, I'd have to say my favorite tech has to be a Hon Gyaku or, to you peeps, a basic arm lock because they are just so versatile! Probably that and the whole Koppo Jutsu (bone breaking) and Shime Waza (Strangulation) techniques.
There's also a cool one where we use extended knuckles and push fingers into the little hollow at the bottom front of the neck...very good.
