Tutsumi Until the GGN becomes more popular and gains more features the Gaian Army should remain a thread based RP, in my opinion at least. Stations would thus have to be made again and that in itself should help to bring more people in by showing the GA name frequently towards the Gaian Public. Who else thinks so? I agree. There could be a GA reference thread in the GG to easily track whatever threads are outside. Main Base and Recruitment threads are what we should start off with to keep things small.

That's what I was thinking. They say that Recruitment threads aren't allowed anymore in the OM Guilds thread.

Yes, ther are good and evil baddy's. And the only way to recruit cadets since you say threads arent allowed anymore, a siggy is the second option. But not just some banner with letters and stuff...make it so it catches people's eyes and they go "hey whats that *click*"...yeah...o_o...

The purposes of the Gaian Army are to serve and protect the citizens of Gaia. The Gaian Army is runned by the administrative council (the general and other highly ranked officials). We are NOT a policing force, because our duties extend beyond the common law. We are here to prevent hostile intentions on Gaia and the citizens, and not just individuals.

OM? Not sure what that means, I was just going off the fact that the ASDF still has a Recruitment thread even outside the guild.
Way back before ASDF sorta branched off and away from GA activities, we dealt with terrorists and there was perhaps one group that were 'anti-GA'. That relationship died off rather quickly since the opposition was prone to munch.
There's a severe lack of quality in RPing out there when it comes to decent opposition. Also, there's no one who actively looks through the mess of threads to find potential. There's a lot of groups who 'claim' to be the Gaian Army/Marines/etc. but from what I can tell ours is the oldest, I personally would like to see an attempt to bring the few decent ones together.
I dont think mafias warrant a military response, that's what the FBI/police work together to handle... unless they pack an overwhelming amount of firepower. (Partially the reason the GPD is the way it is now?)
Most of the mafias Ive seen just make me laugh.

Tutsumi Made these banners and cleaned up the original banner. Please tell me which you would like.    I like these three, but the one in the middle attracts me the most. Oh and I do like the text about when the GA was established.

Well In my opinion, Tutsumi must be the new leader in the GA, he qualifies for that 3nodding , and as a representative of the GG council I oficialy place him as the most apropiate candidate for the comand of the GA, unless the rest of the representative says other wise (Hell it was me and other person in the councill but I cant remmber who it was xd )
The GA must b erebuilded from it original source, form it basics and maybe as ken says, look on the other militray treads and brinf new blood into the force...there should good rpers out there
BTW... lin if the rp is going too slow it was because you have problems with the DSL conections remember?? I chck every night to see responses and most likely only Tanasha and me where around

and as I sugested before we need a BIG villian making some destruction to return to life
BTW ahve anyone noticed the shadow forums thing??...you should chck that may be a solution to our recruitment problem, its on the anoucement forums
