Doug Hentges At first my mouth felt weird after having the braces off, but now it feels more normal. it did feel really weird right after i got mine off too...i kept running my tongue across my teeth and stuff xp

Rite now I have to wear the retainer 24 hours a day, except for when I eat, and stuff.

My mouth feels sorta strange with the retainer in. I don't like the feel of it gonk , oh well.

I havr made a BAD HABBIT, I keep pulling the top retainer out with my mouth. I am trying to stop it though.
