Well, seeing as we have grinded to a halt because of one person's inactivity, it seems that we could at least move this forward until she becomes active again. I mean, I'm not blaming her or anything, as something might have happened and there are times when a person doesn't want to RP, but really, thats no reason to halt the game as a whole. There are player's here who want to see this RP move, I one of them. After all, the the DM can just add her in later. But again that's only a suggestion. I wouldn't what to undermine the DM's decision after all.

Just out of curiuosity, does the DM have the Book of Vile Darkness? Because my character is going to be using a lot of stuff from there, as well as stuff from the Fiend Folio. And also, can the character's look for weapons of legacy and aquire undead forms later on in the game?

Well, I'm waiting to see if more people are going to join first, and if not I'll get started on it soon. Truth is, I want to do some Rping before I start running a campaign. I find insperation that way, you know? But I'll try and get it up and running pretty soon.
Also, I was wondering if anyone here can help me with my evil character, since this is my first time using a person that specializes in trip's. Is a trip attempt d20+ attack bonus+ any other modifier (for example, my improved trip gives me a +4 strength bonus to any trip attempt i make)?

I asked about the BOVD, and we can use stuff from it. So he probably does have it. Cuz, yes, it's fun stuff hehe. I'm fond of Dance of Ruins. 2D20 damage. Now, if you're a wizard, and put it in a maximize spell slot...1 round of dancing, and EVERYONE around you (I think it's all non-demons, or something like that) takes 40 damage hehe.
