mechredd I just bought an MP-5 style airsoft rifle that comes with a built-in flatline. After using it, I think that I will get a flatline for my A-5. Flatline is deffinatly worth it. Longer range and better accuracy than the stock barrel. I would suggest that you take it into your backyard or something (if you live out in the woods like i do) and test fire it after you put it on. See if the ball consistantly curves to the right or left, and adjust the barrel so. Do this each time you take the barrel off for one reason or another.

Sicon2003 Oyami Flatline barrel is the best upgrade you can get for a tippman. Another upgrade is getting a different gun because they are not thet good anyway. Hey man, Tippmann's are awsome. Maybe not for your airball you love so much, but in the woods, Tippmann is god. Those guns are so reliable nothin else even comes close. You get a little mud or somethin in that DM4 you love so much, the gun goes to hell. I've dropped my A-5 from a tree house onto a pile of rocks, and it still works fine. I have only played woodball once and my team has two autocockers, 1 bushmaster, and two impulses. And we went against 7 other people and 3 of them had tippmann A-5's that they bragged about being able to shoot 14 balls a second and that they cost over 500 bucks. The other 4 people on the team had 98 customs that they put 300 bucks into them. Man my gun can shoot 16 balls a second. Well needless to say we kicked there a** we only had 3 people left and they had none. And the DM4 is the simplest gun in the world. It is the Fastest and most accurate gun in the world to date according to paintball 2 xtremes when they tested it. If that gun got mud on it nothing would happen cause they have no outlets for any mud to get in to the gun. And i would take more care of my guns. You dropped yours out of a tree eek i dont personally like tippmans but that is still gun abuse.

I don't think Sicon dropped his marker out of a tree on purpose, Oyami. Everyone has different tastes in markers and gear, so please don't badmouth anyone's choices. You can say things along the lines of: "I prefer this gun to that." but not: "This gun sucks."

I had it layin next to me while i was tryin to untanble my squeegee from my pocket, when a guy i hadn't seen lit up the tree house. I panicked and accidently kicked it out sweatdrop Needless to say, he lit me up pretty good, lol.

My A-5 was only 250 brand new. Stock it is capable of shooting at 16bps and with a little modification, I got mine up to 20bps. Tippmanns are nearly indestructable when compaired to almost every other gun on the market. And about the DM4, can it shoot under water? My Tippmann can.

Hey, has anyone else heard this rumor that Tippmann is goin to come out with a high end marker? They did just get purchased by some big corporation, but thankfully, they haven't changed at all, just the name pretty much. They're supposed to now get some support for the manufacturing of equipment, and there's this rumor about a new high end gun.
I heard that too. If Tippmann can make a marker with the durrability of a woods gun and the performance of an arena gun, I'll definately buy it.

Ya i think those kids got ripped off too i agree with you. And that is cool your gun can shoot under water eek i dont want to try it with the DM4 though. It might mess up the gun and that is a waste of a lot of money.
