Somehow I think Cloud's hair is all natural, but Kadaj, Yazoo and maybe Loz too from the movie definitely use something to maintain their hairstyles xd

but then... since his hair moves as if there's no gel in it [gelled hair hardly moves]... therefore... I don't think gel...
but I do think... hair spray and wax... cuz... I noe some people hoo copied his hair style and they use hair spray and wax...

...well, we have a few opinons: hair cement, gel, hair spray, just plain natural, or...a wig......
I personally think that he just got a really expensive hair cut, and he got a bad one that he didnt like, so he made it out of wet spaghetti noddles.....yeah.....
