I think we went head up in an argument before, Delmar(though maybe it was someone in a similar outfit), but this is a good set of reads, and the footage from Russia was just plain brutal. Still, though, it's something to study. Good footage, all around,though.

Yeah hang on, I shall have to get it off lorainne, for those of you lucky enough not to know Lorraine (site admin) she is the dog hell b***h from that place who has hated me since god knows when. She's so petty, she even locked my account for posting a topic "so who hates lorraine?" in the staff section thing, I was locked/banned, the people however who all posted, were not confused I'm on a new computer at the moment, so I don't even have messenger or anything.

Hakuya That was a long read, but worth it smile I have a question. Are palm strikes more effective than punches?? The biggest problem I have with open hand strikes is the greater risks of catching your fingers on body parts. If you punch someone a little off, then the worst is that your wrist will buckle, this is not so much of a problem because most martial arts spend a lot of time working wrist strength. But if you strike off with an open hand, or perhaps your fingers are a littl eopne becuase you are tired etc, then you stand the chance of bending back your fingers etc. Unless you have done many, many finger pushup, your fingers are probably weaker than your wrists. It is just a personal opinion but I would go for punchs unless there is something specific I am trying to do with the open hand... Morrigen

Delmar_Denban It was probably about Aikido. Yep, actually, and it didn't get heated. I like to think that unlike some people I know of(and write songs about), I don't start s**t unless provoked. Regardless, any other sites with bare knuckle footage?
