"And what is it you're training to fight? Demons as well?"

"Sort of. But I don't call them demons, I call them Mavericks. Listen Prier, I'm heading out of town to do some traning. If ya want you can come along and maybe get some in yourself." He looked up at her awating her awnser.

"I.." -She paused for a moment, unsure about the offer, before that soft little twinge of rebellion touched her again. And then she began to convince herself. It was her duty afterall, as a priestess in training to protect the boy.
Nodding finally, she smiled softly.- "More training couldn't hurt. Lead the way."

He gave a half smile, turned around and walked down an alleyway that lead out of the town and into the fields beyond the safteys that the town provided.

-Prier followed after him, eyes cautiously scanning the surroundings as the town dissapeared, and she soon found herself in unfamilar territory. Her hand rested lightly over her rod, making sure it was there, before she picked up the pace, drawing closer behind the boy.-

Zero walked along leading the way when he stopped Suddenly. " Shhh.... Do you hear that?" he asked surveying the surounding area.

-She stopped abruptly, trying to catch the sound he thought he'd heard. Was it a demon? The ones they taught her about back at the church tended to be brazen, loud, and ready to show themselves happily.
As the cause of the noise came into view however a cringe touched her face. Bouncing, wobbling, disgustingly gooey blobs of slime were making their way across the ground, headed towards the too. Fingers settling around her rod, she shuddered a little.- "Ewwwww... since when does slug slime start wondering around on it's own?"

"Great. Just what I need. Living jello is going to try to kill us. Oh well," he said reaching his Beam Saber's hilt and lighting it up, "lets get on with this." He dashed forward swinging the sword down hittng one and leaped back.

-She was reluctant at first to attack the things. They were totally gross looking.. but she wasn't sure they were intent on harming them.. until she saw the one lunge (well the best a pile of goo could) at Zero.
Giving her rod a twirl between her fingers, she drew back, before smashing the rod swiftly down, watching the slime break into about a million pieces, a nice showering of them coating her legs and dress, much to her dismay.
Biting back her repulsion she drew nearer to Zero, as the slimes seemed to have zoned onto the smaller of two targets, and swung again, taking out another of the gooey combatents.-

Zero decided to take the two left at once. He dashed inbetween the two did a spiral side slash and came to a halt behind the two. He looked back at Prier. "See? Told you my skills improve on there own. Good Job by the Way."

"Mhmm! You did a wonderful job." -She laughed just a little at his confidence, nodding gently in a good well done, before her eyes reverted downward. Trying to brush at the gooey bits, she found that they didn't really WANT to move, and another shiver of disgust touched her.
Now she'd be walking around with goo guts all over her. Blech! Glancing around she scanned the surroundings for more monsters.. or preferrably some water source.-

Zero noticed her disgust at the slime. "Lets call it a day. I can tell you want to get washed up and besides your class is probably over by now."

"Alright" -The nodded thankfully, pleased by the thought she might actually get to wash her clothing in a bath, instead of some stream out here in the middle of nowhere.
Turning back in the direction of the town, she began to head that way.- "It was fun, and good practice at that. Thanks Zero."

"Anytime" he said as they headed back towards the town. As they got back in town where they met he turned to Prier. "We'll have to do this again."
