I've now managed to watch through episode 8...and I'm finding this to be one of the better shows I've watched recently (bl or otherwise). The animation is gorgeous and the flow of the plot is very well managed.

I just finished watching Loveless. It had very pretty art and was very cute, but left me utterly confused! I don't know what to think! It hurt my brain to try to put together the pieces. Do you know if there will be a second season? Because it didn'y seem like to should end and leave you with so many unanswered question

I just love the series , Loveless. I've seen all 12 episodes that are out right now ( I'm sure theres going to be more) and read you to book two of the manga.
Ok my opinion of the anime so far:
The animation of the anime was lush and brilliant. The plot I think is very orignal and interseting. The characters personalities really develop through the episodes.Giving you a since like there real people. Ritsuka tring to find his purpose in life and he really needs someone to love him since the one that really cared for him has his brother Semei(sp?). Thats where Soubi cames in he there to love Ritsuka, I would have to say they really need each other. This is what makes the series really cute.

I watched Loveless last year<2005> in May I think... It's been awhile. I didn't even get to watch the last episode and I don't where to find it. It was really good though, it slightly confusing.

I've watched the fan- subbed anime, it's confusing at some points, but awesome, and I've read fan- scanned and translated versions of the manga, they go into a little more detail about the main character's mental condition. I personally believe that he had multiple personalities and the Ritsuka now isn't the real one, but one of those personalities that took over during the incident that they keep mentioning.

I've finally watched all 12 episodes of this series. I'm pretty sure this series ended but maybe there's sequel or something. Oh yuh, I watched it on YouTube. ((Trick is to hit pause and wait til it finishes buffering unless you have one of those fast connections >.>;; Oh, YouTube also has TONS of other animes xD ))
I know that the manga explains more. You know how the ending of Loveless sort of introduced this new thing? Well, I know that they kept going in that direction in the manga ((I need to get the manga to confirm this...)) So maybe read the manga if you want to know more?
I really really love the art and the battles, although confusing at first became clear after the second battle or so. The storyline is quite good but you need to do a bit of thinking in order to understand it. They never really tell you ANYTHING but it makes you want to keep watching. The art is really really beautiful with the exception of the "barbwire scars" on Soubi's neck. Apparently, those were only in the anime and the manga Soubi does not have any "barbwire scars" on his neck, just the words "Beloved". AHH THE ENDING!!! It just makes me want to read the manga all the more xD
Anyways, I really like this anime and would recommend it to anyone fond of slash.
Oh, the ending song is awesome xD Tsuki no Curse, the opening song, has a really good chorus but I didn't really like the non-chorus parts.

First of all, just because you just found it does not mean that it is new.
Secondly, I wasn't a fan of Loveless as an anime. (I have not read the manga) It was beautiful, but that was all if had going. I thought I would enjoy it, because I adore Earthian (though not the anime; that was crap) but Loveless seemed rather lacking in plot. Also, it didn't really answer any of your questions. You finish the series, and are still left staring at the screen going "...huh??"

I loved loveless! I agree that it did leave you hanging when you finish it, but it was extremely sexy and beautiffly animated! 3nodding
