Well, it looks like we've got a sorcerer, a paladin, and a cleric so far... So you could try to be a druid, fighter, bard, wizard, or barbarian...

Velris the Blade Mage armor isn't totally necessary, though it does help. well yea, at the beginning, especially if u have only 6 hp....it can mean either life/death at this level, if the character was wearing either padded/leather armor, id understand, im not trying to be a critic, im trying to be helpful, besides, its a big difference for a mage when a DM rolls a 13 compared to a 17 on a D20...it just increases chance of life expectantcy, thats all...

well u can decide what u want to do, and it would be dual-classing, not multi and if u want to have more hp/ feats, go fighter, next level go wizard, amd drop ur heavy armor, and go into battle with ur "mage armor" and plus, with the fighter levels, u get more weapons, how many wizards so u see weilding a great sword or using dual weapons on top of spells ? lol...i dunno its fun just ho between wizard/fighter in levels as u progress, yes, u cast less spells, but you will have fighter skills/feats sadded to your wizard skills/feats as well as spells...what do u thik GANDOLF was? he did more battling than with spells lol blaugh

You don't have to worry about multiclassing yet. You're only level one. When you gain a new level, though, you could choose to put a level in fighter or something, then you'd get all the benefits of getting a level in that new class.
