arumi_san in advent children definitely cloud and tifa for me. aerith and cloud may have more of a connection in the game (um... mind you i haven't played the game), in advent children intentional hints about the cloud and tifa coupling is a lot more prominent than the other. aerith in the movie is giving guidance to cloud, not to be mistaken for anything else, and cloud in the movie sees her as a mother figure, not as a lover as he might in the game. my opinion and i dont want any flaming wars started from my opinions and observations. That's how I see it too! I have never played the game either though.

IF I had to pick one, I would say Cloud and Tifa. Aeris is to much of a... I guess a gaurdian. She's to mothering to be with Cloud. Besides, she's dead, and is hanging out with Zak lol.
Of course, I don't think Cloud would ever get with either one of them. Tifa's more like a good friend who tries to help Cloud, but he just kind of ignores her. She doesn't seem to be quite his type.
XD Kadaj is too nuts to be with anyone. I'm a fan, but I'm not that crazy.

I think Cloud ad Aeris because Aeris sacrifices herself and shows actual feelings towards Cloud. Also Tifa is sort of calm and quiet and so is Cloud a little bit boring.. Opposites attract heart

I think that, while she was alive, Aeris was a more likely match. Her and Cloud seemed to really hit it off, and there was quite a strong possibilty of them getting together, I think.
However, in the film, Aeris was more guidance, and a memory, whereas Cloud and Tifa had gotten a little closer. But I don't think they will end up as anything more than close friends.
