At the hmm, Adem nodded. So she hadn't heard of Colche. Well... from when he had met the female, it was only a few weeks or so since she had joined the coalition, right? So...perhaps the adult female had joined after Kari had gone off.
"Yup. Seems like that to me." He chuckled slightly, glancing towards the baobao tree with another nod. "Yeah, would you like to head to it?" The sunspot asked her. Perhaps Laio was there, and then Kari and herself could become reacquainted again? Or...she would be able to see the male cheetah Uri who had first brought her here.

Kari's eyes didn't leave the distant tree for several long seconds, then she looked around to try to imprint the area in her mind. She definetely did not want to get lost again! Once she was convinced she could remember it, she looked back to Adem to answer his question- starting with an enthusiastic nod.
"I do want to go there!" she declared, " 'specially if there is going be a meeting or something."

Adem noded. "Then we can go there." He grinned, glancing around. The sun would be setting soon, meaning he would need to finish his border patrol before heading back to Thanda and the cubs. "I do apologize, but once at tree, I must depart from you. It seems I have become distracted during my patrol to take you around." The male chuckled, somewhat nervously. "But the others of the lands might be there. There is a den nearby you can stay in, and I can come back and take you too Laio tomorrow if you don't find her tongiht?" The male offered, ears drooping somewhat.

"Ok!" Kari said brightly, bouncing a bit more as they walked. She looked back at Adem when he apologized and explained how he'd have to leave, "That's ok! I'll be ok when we get there, you don't have to worry about me." She puffed up confidently, not wanting him to feel bad.
"Thank you for showing me the way back," she murmured, "I don't think I could have found it myself! I'll have to be more careful."

Adem nodded slightly, watching her steps as well as his own. They were getting nearer to the tree, and the sun was getting nearing to the ground. When they had arrived, he explained portions of what he had already said about it, then "I'm not sure when the meeting here will take place. But Colche told me that Laio wanted to get a hold of everyone in the coalition. Perhaps it's soon." He smiled. The sunspot cheetah wanted to meet everyone, regardless of his timidness.
Looking towards the sky, the male murmured quietly to himself. "And once again, Kari, I apologize but I must take my leave now." He said quietly. Thanda probably needed to help with the children, and another border patrol needed to take his post. "Perhaps we can meet again someday?" The orange male asked, grinning towards her.

Kari watched the sunset with glee, for it was one of her favorite times of day. Particularly because she blended in best in it, the pink sky as beautiful in her vain opinion. She listened to Adem carefully as he spoke, nodding along.
"Ok, I hope so," she nodded brightly, wondering how many cheetahs there were in this coalition. She'd only met three so far! Surely there were more than those and the one or two she'd heard of.
"It's ok! Don't apologize," Kari exclaimed and settled herself comfortably into the grass by the tree, "Thank you for showing me the way back and everything! I'm sure I'll see you again."
