I have to say, I definitely like Avril's older music much more than her new work. She just changed so much, now it seems like she's either trying too hard, or not at all. I never really saw her as a poser. I don't know why everyone is so annoyed with her being "fake punk". She always struck me as more of the skater type. O.o

Soul_Reaver08 AVRIL LAVIGNE SHOULD GO DIE! She gave music a bad name with her fake punk songs. If you don't like her, just don't listen to her! Her songs aren't fake punk songs. She doesn't label herself as punk nor does she say her music is punk. It's the media who has labelled her punk! evil

No argument here---I like her a lot too, at least her original CDs. With her latest album tho I'm not so sure. A lot of her music seems geared towards a younger, highschool audience (I'm in college btw lol) =3
She's had an amazing career---jump starting her fame in just a few short years, dropping out of school and venturing outside of Canada, then getting married!!
Did anyone see her wedding pics in the Armani dress?! I laughed to see her looking so dressed up!! wink
