Weston finishes his prayers and raises his head.
"Hail Mod! I have seen the rampaging destruction brought on by glorious Admin's recent mandate; and while I have no doubts that this was handed down with Gaia's best interests in mind, I must know why! Why would Admin, in all His glory and majesty, force us to endure the torment of repeat threads?!"
Weston's head drops back to the stones, and he weeps.

Ruby silently approaches from a distance, walking in a rhythmic pattern as her bag jingles by her side.
I bow down today to give glory to the Mods, but to offer special thanks to the admin known as VO. Today, I was blessed to be called by name, chosen out amongst others because of my pleas and offer of pie. This is truly a special gift, as this is my first day in such a church. I have been called onward to proclaim the glory that is Mod. May my patron VO be forever at my side as I journey on ward in his service.
Leaves a pie for the spirits of the Mod, as she too turns to depart in peace.

Moryera enters the church and timidly places a small picnic basket on the altar. It used to be filled with blueberry muffins, but now contains nothing but a few stray crumbs and maybe a blue smudge here or there. The young lilac-haired girl seems to be feeling a bit guilty about this, among other things...
I have...a confession to make. I just discovered I have the highest post count in the guild, even though I'm so new...and I feel like I've been chasing people away by being so talkative. The truth is, I haven't found anywhere other than this church and my other guild that I feel very comfortable speaking up. I know I usually have something to say when I post, but I suddenly feel like...like a spammer. She stares at her white wooden sandals for a moment before continuing. What I want to know is whether it's a sin to post so often without waiting for everyone to get their say. If it's not for someone like me to know, I understand...I just don't want to look like I'm not giving the people who don't have as much time to watch the forum their chance.
Mory's little bluebird winglets have started twitching again. If she weren't so intent on her prayer for guidance being answered, she probably would have panicked and rushed out by now.

I totally understand how you feel Mory. I have the third most posts, and I think I'm even newer than you are. But hey, its not like we're making double posts or anything, so I think its all right. The Mods will forgive us. I hope.....

I know you're agreeing with me, and I'm not trying to be mean, but this is exactly what I'm talking about. Every time I come here, it's a mix of your, my, and RubyAshes' names all the way down the "last post" column. We're just not letting anyone else get a word in edgewise. While I think it's within the rules and it is a lot of fun, I'm just not sure if it's very good forum etiquette, and I'd hate to be doing something wrong.

I understand what you're saying, but its not like we're butting anyone out. Everyone can post whenever they want. On some level, I agree with you, that its seems wrong that 3 people make almost all the posts in this forum. However, thats not our fault really. I post just as much here as I do in any other forum. I don't spam, over-qoute, troll, bump, use bad grammar, or do anything wrong. None of us are. We can't help it that the other members just don't post as much. I do admit I feel a little guilty though. If someone tells me its impolite, I'll stop.

Wow, really? We have a lot of posts. *cough* Remember, it's not a contest, and I didn't mean to name names, and, and...and do any of you have any muffins? She peeks into the basket, as if expecting it to have magically filled with an offering of some sort so she doesn't cheat the mods out of delicious baked goods. sad
(Edit: UWAAGH! I just made the thousandth post! I didn't know the numbers were so high, it must be a most horrible sign...or maybe it's a good sign...or maybe I'm just obsessing now. ^^; That is a big number, though. We should have a PARTY! Or a potluck dinner or whatever it is churches do. *suddenly stops panicking and plans the perfect casserole instead*)
