Actually, Xenosaga III was the highest selling new release in Japan. I don't know the exact details, but it beat out all the other best sellers in the first week of sales as opposed to theirs.

FFKiller? sad i like FF! not as much as Xeno... but...

did you see the trailer on Youtube for FFXIII? I can't believe they're already making about 3 different FFXIII's... or, two and some other ff game besides FFXII. that's BAD, at least make them in order! Well, i suppose they are... BUT STILL... how can they already be making it?

Ziggurat the Eighth xD I dunno, FF games just seem to have lost their appeal. But then again, I haven't played 12 yet. And that's great that Xeno III sold so well already. I still like FF games, but I'm more a fan of the oldschool storylines that...weren't retarded?...like FF8, FF9, and FF5 and 6. Those were the best ones, in my opinion. I miss the world map in 3D, and actual chocobo minigames that don't suck. FFX sucked butt, FFX-2 was retarded, and FFXII looks really, really dumb to me. The characters all look alike, lately. They're all thin pretty girls with blonde/brown hair and thin pretty boys who look like girls. It's getting really old to me. FFXIII looks good, however. Maybe we'll actually get a strong female lead who isn't driven by her desire for a guy.

Yeah, the older FF games were a lot more fulfilling. 3nodding FF6 was so-so, FF:Tactics was pretty damn sweet, FF8 was okay, FF9 was fine, but FF7 rose above most in my standards. It had a really gripping, yet morbid, storyline much like Xenosaga's. ...Well, Xenosaga's is a bit darker...
To get to the point, I like Xenosaga more than FF and wish that it were more than just a trilogy.

I loved the storyline in 8 to begin with, but then it became to lovey-dovey for me. Tactics....was tactics. sweatdrop I think my favorite (at the moment) is 9, just because it's so light-hearted. Maybe we'll actually get a strong female lead who isn't driven by her desire for a guy. i agree with all of that besides the FFXII part because i haven't actually seen it. i want to get XII XIII and XIII verses. but hey, Xenosaga will always be better. and i like FFVII, but i will admit that it's overrated, it's a really great game, but it's not the 'BEST GAME EVER!!1!!!111!!1!1!!!!1111one'.

They just seem so similar, especially when they seem to feel the need to keep pairing up the lead male and female. Which is fine at first, but. It gets really repetitive after a while. It might be less tiresome if they ended up liking one of the side characters (or even villains? NPCs?) instead. MAKE IT A BIT DIFFERENT, you know? In fact, it would be pretty funny if the main character was interested in a shop NPC. xD But. FFXIII is looking pretty good. And a strong female lead would be a very welcome change in the series. They really have been over doing the whole frail female lead thing. Mystery~S~C Xenosaga will always be better. Although Shion seems slightly weakish too. domokun But at least she has her awesome other half. And she seems to be growing as a character. Maybe? She's also not stuck in a romance story (you could point out KOSy I guess, although I always felt Shion thought of KOS-MOS as a child/daughter because of the way she talks to her).

i don't support that many of the Xeno pairings. unless it's like Fei and Elly, or Shion and Kevin. Shion Allen isn't that far fetched, but we'll have to see, i doubt they'll make it that way in III.
oh, in XIII they're pairing them again? Ugh.... these people need to break tradition.
And i usually count Shion as a slight miscalculation on the Xeno's side.

rockmanx also ask them to release Namco X Capcom here in the USA. Namco X Capcom wouldn't be coming to the states, because of copyrights and all that fluff...

I don't support Jr/MOMO because of Sakura... they ruined MOMO's Relationship with Rubedo when they did that.
now- Shion & Allen would've been cool if Kevin wasn't still in love with her. I mean, who do you THINK she'd choose out of those two? Hell, I'd choose Kevin.
Allen is okay- it's just that Shion makes him seem like wuss, if she didn't exist he'd probably be a lot stronger, like it seemed he was at the beginning of Episode one. {or... maybe that was just me}
Jr/Sakura MAYBE Juri/Juan {however you spell his name} Shion/Kevin are all okay pairings to me... but..... even those are...
