Crystal then walked towards a pile of toys and began to file through them all, looking for anything resembling a cane. She had caught the attention of Ryuusei with a few of the tossed plushies. Ryuu took a few in his paws and licked bits off food off. 'Wait....there's food here?!' he thought, and threw himself into the pile without thinking.
After a while, Crystal had tired of searching. It was hours after they had started, and noone had found a thing. She sighed heavily, bowing slightly to Lisa. "I'm so sorry....this may be harder than we thought...I don't kno--" Suddenly Ryuusei bursted out of a heap of toys, a decorative cane held in his mouth. "Is this what you were looking for?!" Padding over to Lisa, he spit it out, licking his chops a bit. "Tasted horrible...but I think it's what you wanted." He sat proudly by Rena, who was stunned at his find.
"Yes! Oh, thank you so much! I don't know what I would have done without you all. Please wait here one moment.." With that, she took off into her house, gathering a few things. After a few minutes, she returned.
"Here," she handed everyone a pouch.
"Please take these as my thanks. They will open in a few days, so please keep an eye on them! Oh...we should get going now, it's getting dark!"
And now they were headed to the next destination...The White Forest
