I know I sent you some of these by mail but here's what I have in mind...
Fallen Angel Wings
White Daemon Wings
Bone Wings
Cyber Cat Ears
Black Cat Ears
A strait mouth
Creasent moon shapes on thier forehead
Extra stiches (color over the original stiches that hold it togther...)
Top Hat with roses, thorns, and a skull
Purple Eyes
Kings Crown
Open but stiched up mouth (threads going zig-zag, up and down)
Open mouth with black barf (I get discusting at times)
Sword through the stomach
Black Sater Horns (maybe ones with blood)
Banages
Band aid
Black Fairy Wand
Black and white striped Joker hat...
well I could go on but i'm sleepy... Besides, if you need more I'll just jot em down again whenever... Hope this helps...

Hmm... Maybe a weekly/monthly Plushie comic? ^_^ The idea seems interesting as it could attract more loyal and/or new customers.
Of course, it'll require a bit more work than usual, so it's not something that I'd highly recommend. Just something to think about. smile

I'm all for having different colors of fairy wands. I got the fairy wand for my plushi but I also got the fairy wings. Since they are soo close in color, the fairy wand seems to disappear.  I also like the idea of a cyber kitty hat. whee

As has been suggested the oage giveaways. That always attracts people.
Also as mentioned, you should have some sale. Perhaps a two day only sort of sale, just for a quick boost in interest and continue on with some prizes?
You could do a contest where the prize is our choice of something to be added. You could specify it like "Winner gets his/her choice of an upcoming [Gross Outz/Torture/Tattoo]"
Meh, that's all I have right now.

1) Rare/Limited plushies. A uniqe base, tatoo, or one of those. Only offerd for X days. <--Creates a mad rush...i know ill be in on it.
2) Monthly Plushie and Avi Drawing for a Drawing. I would love to have some cute or wicked looking art of me and my plusies. You could get an artist to participate in a raffle/ drawing to see what X many members get a pic/art/doodle/whatever of them and their plushie(s).
3) Diffeent plushie features. Body positions, Duluxe[sp?]. I personally think a little electric chair would be awsome. Or a vat of acid. Which ever really. Its not up to me.
4)Some sort of party/ ball/ or event to get people aware of HHH. Host it in the chatterbox. Have donation item giveaways, raffles, art drawing, free doodles, and random donations. I can give about 4 low cost donation items and be there to give 100-300g random giveaways. Or donate 5k for you to use for whatever. Give the event a theme. The theme----HHH!! Deck out the thread with new HHH designs. Plusies that costomers have had. Plushie spotlight. Plushie of the month. Characters from the HHH thread. Give people the chance to create and make their very own Plushie. Adding what they want to make the plush fit their own individual style.
5)Have the active members do some advertising. Assign a member to a forum and they advertise in it for X many days. Then rotate so no one is boarded out of their mind in a forum they dont really like.
6)more to come if they come. lol. x3
