I'm not that knowledgeable about paint yet, but I find Rusto cans are nice and comfy on the hand. Krylon seems pretty good.
I know that Color Decor is piss.

id go with montana, but thats only if ur a rich sonna b***h who can get their hands on daddys credit card. but american accents is jus like montana, and its great for fills, krylon is best for outlines, and forcefeilds all them little details and such, dependin on wat cap u use. but i just stick with rusto mostly

So far, I've tried Rusto, Krylon, some cheap 99c back, and America's Finest.
I've liked America's Finest best. Rusto's nice too, but I never just stick with one brand. I go to the hardware store and buy the cheapest in the color I need xp

krylon is S*** its the cheapest though..cause u gonna have to shake the damm can for 5 miinutes straight which isnt fun... best ones are belton and montana..and if u like to bomb with different colors.. try True Colorz

Plus, I also do some spray art which eats up the paint hardcore so it would cost a lot to get paint.. and if my dad thinks its legal, let him take up the bill for it.

i steal my krylon cas this one hobby store that has it has no cameras or sensors or security, and i pay for my 99cent stuff (only colorplace's silver) and i pay for rusto (even then i switch the tags with 99cent paint which saves me loads of money)
word
i like krylon for it's ability to use all most all caps, and i like rusto for overall quality, and colorplaces only good color that covers nice is silver (as long as its not like below freezing, then its all blotchy)
never used spanish montana, german montana or belton
