~[J.R]~ Lol. What's a Senior retreat? I ish in 8th grade. Is that something where Seniors get a break? Or something? Well at my school, it's just where...the senior class goes up to Mt. Hermon to play games, hear a sermon, and stuff like that. Only seniors go =D It's supposed to be really fun, but my friends and I are bringing a pack of cards just in case (Actually, 2 or 3, so we can play a huge game of Idiot).

I'm not the best at it, but here's a quick run-down.
Each player gets three cards put down in front of them, face-down, in separate piles. Then you place three cards in front of them, face-up, on top of the three piles (so each pile has two cards, one face-up, one face-down). Then deal out three cards up-side down to each player. They can pick up these, cards; this is their hand. The rest of the cards are the draw pile. At this point at the game (and only right now), the player can exchange any card in their hand for the face-up cards (but NOT the face-down ones! Don't look at those!). You want 2s, 10s, and high cards on your face-up cards, because those are some of the last cards you're going to play. You cannot touch them until you've gotten rid of your hand and the draw pile is gone. 2s re-start the pile and can be played on anything, 10s clear the whole pile (it goes into a "dead cards" pile, which doesn't get resurrected), and high cards are good if the people you're playing with don't have anything higher. To begin the game, the person left of the dealer draws one card and plays one card, always keeping a minimum of 3 cards in their hand at one time. If the person plays a three to start, but has another three in their hand, it's a good idea to take the three, play it, and draw two cards (to maintain your three-card hand) than to keep it. The next person does NOT have to play two of whichever card, just another card equal to or higher than the card(s) previously played (Exceptions are 2s and 10s, which can play on anything). If four cards of the same number are played, the pile is cleared and goes into the "dead cards" pile. If the person next in line does not have a higher/equal card, 10, or a 2, they must pick up the whole pile and do not get to draw from the draw pile until their hand is down to three cards. When the draw pile has depleted, and a player no longer has any cards in their hand, they may play from their face-up cards. If, for example, they have two 7's on their face-up cards, they can play both of them at the same time. However, a player could not play a 7 in their hand and a 7 from the face-up cards together. If you cannot play a card higher/equal to/2/10, you must pick up the pile and play it as your hand; you cannot use the face-up cards to play with until your hand is gone. The object is to get rid of the face-up cards, and then when they are gone, you must randomly pick a card from the face-down pile and hope that it's a higher/equal to/2/10 card to play onto the pile. If it isn't, you pick up the pile and play it as your hand; you can't play the face-down cards until your hand is gone. If you succesfully get rid of all of your cards, you get to call everyone an Idiot and you're the winner =D
