"Bird?" Well then, maybe she wouldn't have to go home. "How would you like this to work?" he asked abruptly. Pouring the milk and placing it before her, he placed the bottle back in the fridge and went to pour himself some coffee. "Will you stay here, with me... or wait until they finish playing and I call you? Or would you prefer that I dropped them off?"
Ever so business like, because he wasn't quite sure how to deal with this play date thing yet.
Haki followed right behind, and stopped. Her eyes adjusted to the darkness, but only enough to let her know that Ina was somewhere in front of her and... letting out a startled squeak, she reached out immediatly to hold on to any part of Ina that was closest.
It was 'dark.' she whispered quietly, trying to keep her voice down.
And what was this smell?!
Wrinklig her nose, she decided no prince would live in a mess like this.

"Well..." Ari hadn't really thought about that. Luca and Gawain were gone for a day or two visiting with Nicki, so the house was rather empty without Inanna around. "I...suppose whatever is easiest for you. I don't want to intrude or anything," she murmured, giving him a nod of her head as a thank you towards her glass. She lifted it and sipped at it lightly.
Luckily Haki managed to grab Ina's arm and not...well her tail for instance. "Yeah...it bery dark," Ina agreed, though she could see rather clearly. The place was a mess! But strangely the first then she began to walk towards was the kitchen. Hm...she wondered what was in there~! Maybe she could cook something! Mommy never let her cook much at home. Said she was too small.

Haki followed almost blindly, sniffing as if she smelled something that wasn't quite right. Actually, the entire place wasn't quite right. Weren't all houses supposed to smell of furniture and food and cologne and... cleanliness?
She didn't think this was what cleanliness smelled like.
"Ina." she said, whispering. She was almost blind in this light, the only thing helping being that large shapes were...somewhat visible. It was black against very black. 'What tha?" she asked, pointing.
((hopefully in stephen's direction? XD))
Marc smirked. Intrude on? "You're not... right now." he said slowly, nodding his head. "I've got work, but it can wait. And my lover has work to catch up on himself." getting his coffee, he moved towards the living room. "Stay, please. It will be nice to know something about the other guardians."
Well. Other than the errand girls.

Ina was too distracted to look at where Haki was pointing. Instead she wandered into the kitchen, dragging Haki along for a little bit. Nothing was unpacked yet, so she could see any food. Maybe there was some in the room they had came from. Ina reached up on her tippy toes and wacked the knob on the stove around, turning on the gas and lighting it.
She then turned and head back into the room Haki had spotted something in. Haha! Here were all the boxes...wait. Ina blinked and glanced at the huge form of a couch. Someone was sitting on it. "Someone dare," Ina whispered to Haki.
Ari nodded, "Alright...I suppose I can stay for a bit." Since her glass was empty she moved over to the sink, still feeling as if she was walking on eggshells. Doing what she only felt was polite she rinsed out the glass a few times and set it in the dishwasher before following Marc.

As if he knew the toddlers were there, Step rolled over and started talking in his sleep. Though what he was saying was hardly meant for the ears of children so young. He was alternating between dream fights with the brothers and his own... Off color, fantasies, and they seemed to be changing fairly quickly. One moment he'd be swearing and kicking his leg a bit, the next he'd be snuggling his arm and mumbling very odd things with a goofy smile on his face.
A very strange monster indeed.

What Ina did confused her. What did that have to do with anything? And it annoyed her as well. Wasn't this girl listening to anything Haki was saying? But somewhat used to this mix of annoyance and like, she merely followed, stiffening at the noises.
MONSTER!!
Half scared and half curious, she held on tight as she nodded her head. It was loud enough for her to know the way, and this time she rushed forewords, tugging at Ina-- in hopes that if something was in her way, maybe the girl could warn her before hand.
"Gost?" she asked, alarmed.

Ina shook her head. Ghost? "No...gosts awre white. This not." Ina told Haki with a shake of her head. Her ears stiffened slightly at the monter's moanings and her tail went stiff and high. It had almost looked dead when she first saw it...but then it had moved. No...this was a live monster.
She stepped forward, trying to be as quiet as possible. She then went hesatently and poked at its arm. It was squishy...not a ghost obviously. She poked it again, harder this time.

At the pokes, Stephan shook his head, scrunching his face up. "Bruhgaroff," he grunted, turning his back to them. Giving a little yawn, he promptly shoved a thumb in his mouth, still deep in slumber. It would take a lot more than a little bit of poking to wake him up. He was still mumbling around his thumb, but it was luckily a bit more distorted. His dreams of fighting seemed to have subsided, and now the fantasies ruled his mind. It was visibly apparent, but the toddlers likely didn't know that.

Haki giggled. It was alive! Blinking at Ina and wishing that someone would turn on the lights, she nudged her. "Ina." she whispered quietly. 'I borrow the lipstick?"
It seemed more or less human. A stinky human really, and one partially dead too. But she had seen Marc sleep, and sometimes he gave her the same reaction.
And while she had never had the opportunity to do this to Marc, now she did.
Trying to stifle the nervousness, her eyes darted over at the purple girl, seeing only a faint outline of ears.

Ina looked at Haki, wondering what she would do with that. But she got it out anyway, ruffing through her plastic purse and pulling out the item. She handed it to Haki...well, stuffed it in Haki's hands, since the other girl didn't seem to be able to see as well, "What you do...?"
Ina had never seen anything like this before. While Ari was hard to wake, she didn't look like that and she didn't smell or anything. Maybe it was something other then human...? "Zombieeee?" She asked Haki in a hushed tone.

Having rolled onto his keys, Stephan was uncomfortable. Giving a big bear yawn, he rolled over again, blowing at them a bit of his foul breath. Before passing out, the man hadn't exactly had a chance to brush his teeth. Of course, he hadn't thought to after his drunken incident, being too worried about the lost time. His breath likely could have melted crystal, good thing he didn't have any of the pansy stuff around.

Haki blinked. Holy Barbie, what was that?! Making a face and looking rather disgusted, she scowled. "Gross." she looked at Ina, and shook her head. "No zombie." she whispered. "S'a old man."
Marc was old. Hadrian was old. Heck. This one was old too! Although he appeared younger than Marc. "Stinky old man."
Honestly. Where was the manners?!
Taking the lid off and screwing the lipstick up until she could feel the soft edge at her fingertips, she grinned.
Well. The breath had done ONE thing right. She knew where the face was!
And reaching out with one hand and tapped his nose, she nodded. And drew a circle around one eye.
"Sthinky old man." she murmured, and waved the lipstick to Ina. "Your turn?"

Ina's eyes widened and she clamped her hands over her nose and mouth! OH MY GOODNESS! It smelled HORRIBLE! And it didn't help she probably had a better nose then Haki too. "Ewwwww!" She whined, cringing. That was just...bleh! That made her want to leave.
One ear turned toward Haki as she spoke. A stinky old man? Oh...well, that was just as bad as a zombie it seemed! She watched curiously as Haki drew a circle with the lipstick on the face. Ohhhh! She saw now! They could draw on him~!
"Okay~! Ina chirpped, seeming happier. She took the lipstick and drew squigglies on this cheek and then coated lipstick all over his eyelids.

"Frrrfuhckeads," he grumbled, twitching his nose at the feel of the cold lipstick. He reached a hand up to try and swat it away, but only succeeded in smearing the squiggles on his cheeks around. He'd been drawn on before, once, but that time it had been in sharpie instead of lipstick. And thanks to the brothers' rude humor, he'd ended up going to classes for a week with a p***s drawn on his forehead.

Haki stared at the movement of Ina and snickered. Oooh. This was proving to be more fun than she had thought! And... well. What was a fruckhead? It didn't sound very polite.
Later, she would ask Marc and see what he had to say on that issue.
Feeling giddy with the power they held in their hands together, she snickered just a little bit before nodding her head. "S'fun." she whispered.
Of course it was. They were drawing all over someone's face!
