I must confess, I have not seen them all (just what's been on Adult Swim lately crying ). I actully just got to see the first few episodes a couple of days ago... but I really liked what I saw in the 1st one, so I'm gunna go with it!

one of my favorite episodes is the one where they first meet miroku and he kept feeling on kagome and inu-yasha kept getting mad at him and whenever miroku would try to understand, inu-yasha would freak out cuz it's how he really feels...funny! rofl
