I love Shojo Beat, I subscribe to it so I'm glad they have Shinshi Doumei Cross now. I've read up to 30 chapters already but If I could buy it I would.

KKJ & TSK are both licensed and translated to our language in my country, Full Moon is in English (if I just had money to buy it :/) and SDC is the missing one . Yipppee biggrin

Yippee!!! Finally! I've already pre-ordered a copy of Shinshi Doumei Cross 1. Now all I have to do is save up for KKJ and FM. But TSK isn't out yet. gonk

I got the book yesterday! It's so cool! I have now read all of and either own or have scanlations of all of Arina-sama's manga!

I just picked up a copy of volume 1 the other day. I haven't gotten a chance to read through the whole thing yet, but judging by the first couple of chapters, I think they've done a pretty good job with the translation. They've left in the honorifics, and there is a special section at the back with translation notes. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the ranks... the lowest rank was translated as "bronze." Wasn't it "copper" in the scanlations? I think that it could probably be translated either way, but I like copper better than bronze. xp Oh, and the book comes with a poster! It's really pretty. It has the cover image on one side and this picture on the other. I'm going to hang it up in my dorm room when I get back from spring break. 4laugh

I am actually quite pleased with the translation heart It's also a nice editing job and the notes in the back are really good 3nodding heart heart

I loved that I got a poster, Ive never gotten something free in manga before. I cant decide what pic to use though, I love the pic at the back, a long one of Haine. I wish I had a scanner cause Id love to use it as a book mark! heart sweatdrop
