 i saw him on the offi site....maybe you have to unlock him big boss ro???? and you you know that guy in the suit in the hero team what type of move's dose he have????? is a charger or a sweeter????

nah, no GBA only chars have ever transferred over to the proper series.
its a shame, Moe and Jun are awesome...
Oswald uses a deck of cards to battle, his moves are quarter circles that can link together to form combos
like - qcb+C, qcf+D, qcf+E is an easy 14 hit combo (with the right timing)

The game should be coming out in english soon. It's been delayed by a week twice, but it should be comin out November 5th. I've been to EB every other day just to make sure it hasn't been delayed again.
Luckily I have Fatal Fury Anthology to tide me over. (Hon Fu needs to go the the kof games)
