I think it's considered alternate because for the relationship to work, you have to change history (or else squeeze it into the brief gap between their wedding and her death). Also, that site considers the "main" couples to be the most commonly recognized heterosexual partnerships, and any others are alternate. Since the "main" partner for Wu Fei is Sally, Mei Lan is considered alternate.

Lol, if there ever was a pairing to make my hair stand on end. Other than the few select pairings I've found that rub me the wrong way, I've fallen in love with that site. Now, to find some free time to read. Or some ink in my printer to print it off for the 15 hour flight. *shudders*

Laluna_Wulf I've read purgatory. IT's actually really good for a slightly AU story. Thanks for agreeing with me. If you want to track more of her stories she has a LJ.(koyote19.livejournal.com) To Preventer Void thanks for the rec to 'blissfulignorance' found two of my favorite artists there. Love 'Duo as a preventer' by Darkwing, always thought it might be approiate for the Ion arc because the hands aren't perfect. I am also enjoying your story codename-lighting.

There was also a couple of really nice Fanfictions that I read once that where 13+ chapters and really well writen. Nice Fantasy ones if my member serves me correctly. I think it was called the Confessor Series.

LOL! No, really, I'm looking for some good GW challenges to stimulate me into writing. I'm not really into 1/R because it's so prevalent; I think every idea's been covered on them. What other types of scenarios or pairings would you all like to see in a fic? (I like easy one-shots; I'm afraid I don't have time to devote to an in-depth story.)

Oreasa Void-kun!! Do you know if there are any Wufei/Meiran pairings on that site or what category it would be in? I can't find them where I'm looking and I think I'm looking in the wrong place. If I can find that pairing that place will be heaven for me for a while with all the good pairings I've found. I found a site that is devoted to Wufei, it also has clear divisions for Yaoi and nonYaoi. There are several Wufei and Meiran stories there. It also contains a lot of information such as what kind of sword he uses and it's history. @dragonlotus.com/wufei/ Also known as 'The Little Scholar Boy' it has stories, background info., icons, images and lots more... You know, a friend of mine went through Fanfic.net's Wing section tonight, and I was reminded of why I truly hate people.

I am extremely picky about the authors I will read, with good reason. There's just too much bad stuff out there... crying So what's a poor yaoi fan to read? Here's some starters, if you haven't read them already. They're all Preventer-involved.
