Zingy smirked at Saa, noticing she looked very tired, possibly on the verge of falling asleep. He gave a short bark at Potevu angrily, trying to shoo her away from Beluwa. "Quit bugging your brother damnit." He said, losing his temper with her completely. He snapped at her little paw as she poked at her brother's cheek, and barely missed as she pulled her paw back, just in time. He laid his chin over Beluwa, protecting him from his sister, even though he doubted she'd continue to pester him.
Beluwa smirked smartly at his sister, making a small gurgling noise as his father rest his chin over his back. He poked his pink tongue out and licked at his father's leg, happy that he'd finally gotten his way. Wagging his tiny tail a few times, he nestled into Zingy and tried to fall asleep again.
Kibu again wobbled unsteadily to her feet, and with Saa's help remained there. She grinned, pleased with her self, and tottered over to Pot, who she nudged in the shoulder before wobbling back to their mother, still unstable on her feet. She curled up contentedly at her mothers side and closed her eyes, quickly drifting off to sleep.

Saa felt herself growing tired. Her eyes were slowly beginning to close when she saw her pups playing. A smile pulled at her maw as she chuckled. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad until Zingy yelled. Her eyes shot open to see him snapping at her oldest pup. A snarl rose in her throat as she watch. Her tonuge burned as she spoke.
"Don't you ever do that again..." The fur on her neck stood on end.
Pot whimpered at her fathers voice. She was frightened by the massive male. When he snapped she drew her paw back. Her tail tucked between her legs as she scurried to her mother burying into her softfur.

Zingy just ignored Saa, not caring what she wanted from him. Now that she'd had the pups, all he ahd to do was wait, then it'd be off into the night with his son. "Beluwa, why don't you go and take a rest with mommy?" He said, picking up the little male and placing him beside his mother, already asleep. He smiled kindly at Saa, fake as it was, he felt he was beeing convincing, and he licked Potevu, trying to make up for his snapping at her. "Sorry honey, won't happen again, I guess I'm just tired too...." He trailed off, resting his head again and closing his eyes. He wasn't tired, this was all just part of his plan.

Saa yawned even as she watched Zingy with a close eye. Something seemed off about him. Her mind slowly began to fall into darkness as her muzzle began to hit her paws in slep until she rested it upon them by her own accord. The mother smiled as she gathered her pups in her arms. She gave a soft lick to each of them before falling into darkness.

Zingy waited and made sure Saa was completely asleep, then, after watching the rise and fall of her chest for at least a half hour, he decided that now would be the perfect time. He bent his neck carefully and grabbed Beluwa by the scruff of his neck, pulling him cautiously from his mother, and then snuck away towards the entrance, and, not even looking back at the rest of his family, slipped from teh cave, and ran off into the darkness of the night.

Usu lost Saa a little ways after running from his den. By the time he turned back to find Zing gone too. Where did they go?
Usu used his heightened sense of smell to catch onto their scent. Saa was the one he picked up because of the smell she gives off from pregnancy. He followed it for a while. Usu's eyes looked up to make sure he wasn't heading off in the wrong direction. Suddenly he saw something bright blurr by across the horizon, what was that? It was probably nothing.
Usu continued the scent and came to a den, Saa must be inside. The den was swamped with a rainbow of scents; Saa has already given birth. Cautiously, Usu entered the den.
Saa was resting nicely against the wall with two bundles of fur next to her bosm, her pups. The grey wolf looked around, no Zing, perhaps he didn't make it here yet. Usu sat himself down and waited, Saa needed her rest.

Pot wasn't asleep. She lay under her mother's chn in content since her brother had been taken. She only needed her sister anyway. Her tail thumped as she licked her sleepy mother's muzzle. The pup didn't get the idea of sleep quite yet so it was odd for her to watch others do it especially when she wasn't tired herself. When a new smell reached her nose the small pup whimpered. Who was this new male? Her yipping caused her mother to shift and moan lightly.
Saa listened to her daughters cries. She would have paid no attention to them until Usu's scent came to her nose. The female lifted her muzzle towards the male without even opening her eyes. A smile tugged at her maw. "Usufii..." Soon her bright yellow eyes began to open. They first darted to the pups in her paws. 1...2...What?
Saa realized that Beluwa as well as Zingy was gone. She almost didn't care. If he wasn't around then he wouldn't give her those horrific feelings. Maybe, as harsh as it sounded, it was for the best. She once again turned to Usu. "I hope you like them. They may not be yours but..." Her voice trailed off. She had almost wished that they had been Usu's...

"I know." he said, laying himself down. "I already said I would be their god father, can't turn on my word now, right?"
The purple pup looked alot like Saa. The other one looked more like Zingy. Apparent by Saa's expression, there was a third. How could Zingy do such a thing? Sometimes the thought plagues him just has these dreams.
"So then that thing I saw earlier was....Zing and the pup?" he frowned, "I can still catch them if I leave now, I can bring him back." Usu raised to his feet and started for the entrance. "And make sure he stays here."

Pot scrambled out of her mothers paws. This male seemed different than her father. He seemed homely and gentle. His voice was soothing and she was drawn to him. She clumsily moved past her sleeping sister in an atempt to reach him. When she did the purple pup pawed at her muzzle gently licking his nose.
Saa smiled at Usu's words. "I guess not or then I would truely be alone with them." SHe looked down at her pups and realized that this could possibly work in her favor. This was her family and she relished that fact. She chuckled as Potevu scambled to Usu. "Say hello to your Uncle Usu Potevu." Her voice was calm as she liked her pup gently. She was still a bit tired though not sleepy. The female yawned and storke the sleeping pup between her paws.
Saa felt another twinge within her. Would Usu leave like Zingy at some point? She hoped not. The male was the only thing she had now. Saa genlty placed her head on Usu's paws and sighed.
"Usu? Will you stay with me until they are old enough?" Her tongue lashed out and traced his paw in affection.

He looked down at the little purple pup stumble to him. He couldn't leave, Zing would have to wait and be dealt with later. Usu laid down as Saa rested herself onto his paws. Usu nuzzled Potevu, she was small and so...cute?
"Potevu. It's a nice name, Saa. What does it mean?" Usu sort of giggled when she said "Uncle Usu". Strange since that would make him Saa's brother, or something resembling.
"I'm gonna hafta, Saa. Can't leave you alone with these two by yourself. I will stay as long as I can." he smiled. "And that's pretty long."

Pot giggled as Usu nuzzled her. The pup fell happily to her back and softly barked up at him. Her icy blue eyes widened as she licked at Usu's muzzle again.
Saa chuckled and nudged her daughter. "Potevu'wasaa is her full name. It means Extravagent times." Her head shifted on Usu's paws to better suit his posistion. For some reason she could tell exactly what he was giggling at. "Well they certainly can't call you father now can they?" She chuckled herself and pawed softly at Usu's shoulder.
"Unless you want them to..." It was a joke to her but if he wanted them to then she certainly wouldn't mind it.

Usu rubbed his nose into her fur happily. This pup was full of energy and it was so playful too. "Well, her name suits her well. I think she'll grow up to be happy." he smiled as he licked the little cub.
"Well, that wouldn't be true now would it?" he said, a little serious. "I'll stick with Uncle Usu." Saa was tired from the birthing and probably emotionless with anything that mattered Zing. But somewhere in her was something that still connected the two other than these pups.
"Saa, what would you do if I found a mate?"

Pot giggled again and pawed at his nose. Her laugh was pup like and sweet. Her tail wagged quickly and she returned his lick.
"I hope she'll be happy. I wouldn't wish anything less on my pups." She gently nuzzled her pup.
Saa chuckled. "Well of course it wouldn't be true silly. I was just joking." She nudged under his chin. From everything that had happened she was almost too eager for affection. She didn't want Usu for a mate but it was nice to feel his warm fur against hers.
A mate?
Usu find a mate? Her mind mulled around the thought. Would she actually be jealous of the female? No...of course not. Her tail thumped against the ground. "I would give you my blessings..."[

"Well, when the time comes, I may find one...(someday)." he turned his attention to the other pup.
"And who's this one?" he asked, poking the other female pup with his nose. She was sort of like Zingy but with a few of Saa's markings.
Strangely, his mark didn't hurt this time around. Usually he would get another "dream" about now...wonder why it's not. Usu was sort of confused.

Saa smiled. "Well I'm sure she will be quite a lucky female to have you." Her tail went faster against the ground. "If you find one then bring her to me so I can make sure that she's a good match." She smiled and nudged agains him. Her eyes slowly looked to the sleeping pup in her arms.
"This is Kibuhuti'Kota. It means...Foreboding dream." She hadn't meant to name her child that but it seemed so fitting. She licked the soft black and pink stripes on her back. "I hope my pups will grow to like you. Potevu sure seems to like you though."
