Jigeru
I really didn't care for this movie....reminds me of wrong turn. xd The only good things about this were the menu with the clown cussing at you and the cybernetic beast guy at the end...he was awesome. whee Anything other than that...I'd rather not see Rob Zombie making ANY more movies.. stare

I agree with you xp

The Blind Angel Victor

Favorite Character- Otis, eventhough it was pretty much his character from Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2

Facorite Scene- When the cop is on his knees while Otis holds the gun to his head and the long wait before his death. This is because not only I loved the camera angle but you had to sit and guess"Will he kill him or keep him?" until he shot.

What I thought of the movie- Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 need I say more?

But Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Part 2 was intended to be a comedy and not supposed to be taken seriously. House of 1000 Corpses (although hilarious) was intended to be a serious horror film.

I thought it was really cool. I cant wait till Rob Zombie's new movie The Devils Rejects comes out. Hopfully it will be as good as House of 1000 corpses.

OTIS! heart

I love the scene where Otis shoots the cop - the whole part with the song. Excellent.

I can't wait for The Devil's Rejects. And I'm finally 17, so I can go see it myself!

Truely one of my favorite parts.

Rob was wondering how the audience would react to that scene. It turned out to be a good reaction.

I love that part.
My favorite character is Captin Spalding.

Just saw this movie an hour ago, and was reminded of its' brilliance.

As a precursor to seeing the Devil's Rejects, which I plan on going to see, It was more than fantastic. I thought that this definitely registered as one of the best horror films of recent years. Rob Zombie's direction shows shades of Tarantino, specifically in his creative use of very specific music.

I Wanna be Loved by You, Brick House... All very well used.

This film, and May are my two favorite horror films of the last ten years.

I don't believe that Rob EVER intended HO1c To be taken seriously. It was meant to be an homage to cheesey 60/70's horror flicks.

Taking turns from exploitation horror, like TCM, Folklore horror....like any urban legend you eever read....Backwoods horror, like any redneck kills whoever they please kind of themes..and mad doctor horror, where some mad scientist is at the heart of the matter. They were blown up to be larger than life...I don't think Rob takes it seriously, or ever intended you to. Which is what makes it fun.
