Rahu just shrugged at that. " whatever you say. bu tyou should beable to have more control over yourself than that." snorting he looked up at the sky and went back to thinking. rather than listening to the other two munch or whatever they where going to do now.

She thought of what he had told her,"You know Rahu I just told myself that."Smiling at him she added,"See that is why I like you,we think alike,er sometimes." mrgreen

Rahu rolled his eyes. " if you say so. but i highly doubt we think alike." he then eyed her stright in the eyes with his dark red eyes. " im very unpredicable with what i think and do. so it best to stay on my good side." turning his gaze back to the sky, he then snorted once.

Chaleha was left with a stunned look.And wondering why she even bothered with this mean ole fellow.Smiling she followed her nose to another plot of sweet grass and began to munch .

Rahu snorted and flicked his tail. he was now more bored than he was earlyer. and no one was talking. if he thought about it, rather than staying here, he could be off alone and still be bored all the same. tossing his mane, he figured he may as well say something or maybe not. the two of them where being way to quiet. " now are you always this quiet around everyone." directing this question at Chaleha, he awaited her to say something back.

Chaleha was lost in her thoughts and the taste of the graze when Rahu's voice broke into her space.Gulping her mouthful,she paused and thought about what he had said."Well,I think I am considering I am almost always alone." She paused and continued,"Though alot of times I don't know what to say."She then turned her gaze directly into his.To her surprise all she saw was boredom.Thinking to herself,"How can anyone be bored on such a lovely day as this?"Only she just smiled at Rahu,and blushed.

Rahu rasied a brow again as she blushed again. what is with mares and blushing he thought to himself. " i see and anyone can be bored on a day like this." he then thought for a moment and then shook his head. " even around others its not hard to get bored really. and if your always alone then you will get bored even easyer. thats why i tend to wander so then im not bored all the time."

"So do I," She said excitedly and without thinking of being careful.And she did not even notice it.Such was her nature to be happy and sweet.Perhaps happy more than sweet,but she was not mean.She was young,but learning quite a bit."I wander far in a day,but I always make it home."

Rahu rasied a brow again. to him she seemed the happy, sweet type and not one to wander about. " interesting, i would never thing someone like you would wander about. but i suppose there are reasons you like wandering about. i tend to like the soliude of wandering." flickign his tail, he watched the clouds in little boredom.

One would think it quite impossible to detect a blush on the red mare. However her white markings would allow the blush to show,and so as she blushed she feigned looking in the grass.When she felt it leave her nose,she looked up and smiled,thereby blushing all over again."I wander I think because I like it,and I am looking for my mother.I have not seen her in a long,long time."She gazed out across the meadow."Sometimes my twolegger is with me.She and I roam everywhere."She looked across the meadow once again.

Rahu kept he eyes on the clouds and never noticed her bluch again. " i see but i think wanding alone is better than with some two-legger. but thats me because i dont trust any two-legger." he then shrugged a little and flicked his tail again. " i wander and roam for different reasons." then he smirked and then turned to Chaleha. he had talked enough and decided it was time he went off again. " i better be going. since i rather like to wander by myself, espesaly at night." leave then, he went off to wander.

Sadly she watched him go.It had been a nice conversation,"Bye Rahu have a nice evening!!"She called to him and turned her back.She hated to watch someone she had talked to for awhile walk away. Returning to her grazing she felt the moisture of the night coming on.There were others in the meadow ,but she wanted to be alone,too.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Chaleha was out galloping,the harder she ran the faster she went.That was her thinking anyway.She knew the meadow well enough to be running in the dark.It would have helped if there wee a full moon,but there was none. Soon she tired of her exercise and slowed it down to a walk.After a few feet she caught the scent of the river,and oddly enough,Soquili.
Rahu was geting a cool drink that nite at the river. he usualy came to the river to think but this nite he came to just get a drink. after having got his fill of water, he gazed at the sky from where he was. he noticed there was no full moon out. giving a snort, he turned to be on his way.
She was there testing the air.The scent was familiar and she sniffed heartily,trying to read who it was. Mingled as it were with many of the night scents.Then she knew it was Rahu,turning to gallop away,she did not want him to think she was following him.She paused only momentarily.Was it too late,had he seen here? She wondered from in the darkness of the wood leading to the river there came the sound of something large coming through the trees.
