I think Hinata like him because he never gives up and is alone. Her family gave up on her to a point. and her cousin hates her. She thinks that he might give her the understanding and love she wants. she has parners but she wants love. and we all know shino is not a lover.

Well, on my opinions, Naruto really needs someone to shut him up.
And Hinata's too shy, so she needs someone to open her up.

I'd have to say because Hinata sees everything she wants to be (more or less) in Naruto. And Naruto (when he finally comes to his senses) wants to nurture the timid Hinata. heart
