Yunalesca arrived only moments after Yuna did. She wasn't as disappointed as Yuna had been, but it did make her feel bad. They had no idea where the belt was. Now they had no leads. They'd just have to wander around for a while until they located her --or she found them. "It's all right, let's try the other way. We already know she's not here, so we just have to search around until we find her!" She nodded. It was definitely unlikely that the Rainbow Belt had travelled up stairs.

"I was so sure." She turned back into the hallway, and as the door closed heavily behind her, she realised that a belt certainly couldn't open a door, or at least not that one. She wasn't as enthused as her friend was, but continued back down the hall without saying another word.
She was thinking, and feeling sorry for herself.

"We'll find her trail soon, I'm sure." She kept walking, even though there was nothing pointing her in the way of her sibling yet. She let the silence be. For the moment, if Yuna didn't want to talk about it, they'd just continue their search silently. She glanced around another corner. Nothing, but she walked around it anyway.

"Okay, so, she likely can't open doors, and I doubt anyone would just let her pass long with them, so she must be someplace easily accessible." She looked up and down the corridors, noting little of interest.
"We were so quick to get back here, we didn't even think she could be someplace behind us!" They had reached the place where they had met, and continued on. Yuna had come from the left, but this time she would take to the right. They'd find the belt, she couldn't have gone far.

"Right. And she probably couldn't go up or down the stairs too easily, either. So she's could still on this floor." The problem was that there were still many places on that floor where she could be. They'd just have to keep searching.
"She could be!" Yunalesca turned when Yuna did. She'd come from a different area, but they'd go this way first. She had a feeling that this might be a good place. It seemed like a promising direction for her. There were only so many places that she could be hiding. But she might not even have been hiding. She might have just wandered off and done something on her own.

((Holy God, whoops. I forgot all about this in the madness of the rest of the world. lol.))
"Well, she has to be somewhere, but if we don't find her soon." Her voice became quiet and serious, and she looked back to Yunalesca as they proceded down the corridor. "We'll have to tell the grownups..."
This hallway was much better lit than the others, lining the inner courtyard and providing ample light through the many arched windows that ran along one side.
Unknown to Yuna, the hall was coming to another intersection and across that intersection, something skittered past, quickly and silently. Now, what could that have been?

"Yeah... We can only hope she didn't get lost, because I'm not sure she knows the way how. Not to say she won't try." Her eyes were softer now. For some reason, she wasn't really mad at her sister. She'd expected her to wander off, so it wasn't as bad as it could be.
Yunalesca had almost completely stopped moving her head around in order to get a good look at the space around them. She was confident that if Wisp was anywhere nearby, then she would make some sort of noise, or give them some sort of clue. Then, she saw something on the wall that didn't look normal. "Yuna, look there!" She pointed straight at the patch of pink.

Yuna turned on her heels and looked to where Yunalesca was pointing. She squinted, trying to make it out.

"Why, it's a clue, of course!" Yunalesca laughed and moved closer to it. The spot definitely wasn't paint, but it was definitely out of place, so they were on the right track, by the looks of it. "Come on, let's keep going this way. Maybe there's more of them." That would be too good to be true. But she could hope, couldn't she?

Yuna didn't quite understand how it was a clue, but she didn't exactly know much about this belt, either; another flaw in her investigaative skills. Fortunately, with Yunalesca being so knowlegeable about the missing person, she had no need to acquire any further information.
"If you say so." And she made pace with the girl, striding down the hall with more purpose than before.

Yunalesca was moving even faster than she had been before. The small clue had given her more purpose, but possibly less focus than before -she hadn't even thought of telling Yuna what it had showed her. "We'll definitely find her soon, even if that was just the first clue in a long line. We can follow them right to the missing sibling." She nodded again, trying to make as much sense as she could from a difficult situation to understand.

Yuna continued to follow, but struggled to keep pace. This girl could walk alot faster than she could, and she was starting to wear herself out.
Distractedly, she found herself watching the courtyard through the large windows moreso than where she was going. She wondered if it would still be nice out when she finally could leave.

Yunalesca turned back to make sure that Yuna wasn't too far away. They soon came to the intersection where something had quickly skittered past. She scratched the back of her head, not knowing which direction to turn. Maybe if she looked enough, then... There was something! It wasn't the same as the pink spot from before. Possibly because it was an area that was supposed to be grey, but was blue. It went on for a while, so it seemed that Yunalesca's little sister had actually made a path toward her. She sighed, wondering if it was even possible to change it all back. Quietly she followed the path, hoping it wasn't as long as she thought.

Yuna nearly collided with the other girl, and only having nearly done so, was her attention returned to the task at hand. Then she noticed it, the blue glimmering trail.
"Ooh!", she squealed. "Is that a clue?"
And she ran off down the hall after it, looking over her shoulder to Yunalesca. "Come on!"

Yunalesca continued walking until Yuna spoke again. "We just have to keep following it. This one is much better than the last." She sighed contently, finally able to say that they were closing in on her. Before, they were just looking blindly. Now they actually had a good chance of finding her. The girl started running after her friend, so that she wouldn't be left behind. That'd be awful, considering she didn't know her way around that floor. Nothing would end up well if she got lost, too.
