ZonkotheSane nathan_ngl ZonkotheSane honestly, what's with all the aliyah? Don't tell me you're one of those "lets wait for the big mirical" people... i'm one of those "let's wait for the big miracle, in a safer location with a more stable economy and government, and take a plane every now and then" poeple. american government is officially better for jews than israel's is, anyway. I feel safe in America ninja

Do you beleive it will just be handed on a silver platter miriaculously? i've never learnt that the geulah will be triggered by aliyah. something about ben adam b'chavera, stuff like that. anyway, israel supreme court recently ruled that beis din rulings are non-binding, effectively nuetering them. america holds them to be binding, so long as the rulings are not unconstitutional.

I still don't feel even that would be a good enough reason to refrain from making aliyah... hmm in my future i hope it's good (evne though i picked the bad option it was funny it reminded me of the chattebox 613 lol sorry personal thing.) buttttt anywho i wanna become a writer like my ultimate goal would to be like not j.k rowling famous (but i wouldn't complain) but like just enough where the publishing industry respects me and other aurthors respect me even win a few awards for some of my books. that would be nice. mrgreen Then i wanna convert but thats not that interesting. lol basicly i wanna become a novelist writer person girl 4laugh Donovinhs Knight american government is officially better for jews than israel's is, anyway. Israel in the desert were running away from the egyption army who were chasing after them... at the red sea they stopped, not knowing where to go, they came to Moses. they started shouting at him "why die here and not in egypt!", Moses cried to G-d for help, and G-d said: "GO! what are you waiting for!?". The Ramban (like many would have asked) asked: "where?!" (go where?) (Ill skip the main part and get to the point blaugh ) , Israel had to move their feet and go to the sea, they should not have waited for G-d to make them miracles, they should have tried their part in the problem, chazal tell us so: a person should not wait for G-d to make the miracle, he should try his best first. So with the first problem we were in: we should try are best, and G-d will do the rest.
