yeah, i like that one too. it's drawn well i think. my favorite part in that episode is when they show haruka laying on top of the diving board. i have some gifs from that ep, if you'd like them. biggrin

Setsuna Senshi Chibi-Usa Setsuna Senshi eek Wow!!! I just hope 4kids never gets a hold of any anime. You ever heard of Tokyo Mew Mew? *all in one breath* Well, they have released it and they have names like Corina, (Minto) Zoe (Ichigo), Kiki (purin), Brigit (Retasu), Rene` (Zakuro). They have horrible voices, they make Masaya (Mark in dub, (ichigo's crush/boyfriend)) sound like a 50 year old and he's 15, they mess up the whole show, the story line, and they even take out the crosses making them sticks and Zakuro's weapon is a cross! I HATE 4KIDS ENTERTAINMENT!!!!! scream stressed Ok. Sorry bout that. My sis whathes it. I only sometimes whatch it. Most of the time I'm on Gaia.

eek in the u.s, on the northeastern coast, sailor moon used to be on Fox Channel at 6:00am-7:00am on saturdays, and later just at 6:30am. this was a very long time ago, before cartoon network released S and S.S. i woke up that early on saturday to watch sailor moon and then would go back to bed (oh, and i also taped it!). did anyone else do this, if not for this particular sailor moon showing, something just as incredibly moonie? surprised

I have only the seen the american dubbed version, but I am going to buy the original Japanese version with subtitles. I've wanted it for so long! I miss watching my sailormoon everyday at 4! I'm so sad that they cancelled it crying

I have been watching Sailor Moon since 94' I think it was...I was in grade four. lol And I unfortunalty have only seen the dubbed versions, but I am in the midst of getting the boxsets, and watching them all UNCUT!! Woohoo!! xp lol I really need to see Stars though...I was so upset that they never released that season here...but it would have probably been mangled to little pieces by the time they aired it. lol sweatdrop

Like is it hard to have to read the subtitles and pay attention to the scenes? I was thinking of getting the version with subtitles, but I wanted to make sure it was the right choice. I guess since I will be watching much more than only once, then it will probably get easier because I'll remember what they're saying at that point which will give me time to watch the scenes, but I wanted to get another opinion ^_^ heart

when i watch them, i'm watching the whole screen and my eyes just happen to read the words.
i own seasons O, R, and StarS. i have some of S and S.S, but i plan to get the rest. all in japanese with subtitles.

Yeah, you can't buy Sailor Moon in the dubbed version. What they did to that beautiful series is just criminal. But the anime is so amazing. I first got into Sailor Moon by reading the mangas, then moved on to the anime. And although nothing can ever replace the original, there is no comparison between it and the immersive experience of the anime. It's easy to read about something happening, but it's so much more moving to see it actually happen. I mean, when the four Senshi die at the end of the first season, I actually started to cry. I also cried at the end of Stars, but that was because it was over, and there were no more to see.
