I think Hinata will gain enough courage and ask naruto to meet her somewhere alon and she will be nervous when he comes then she will finally confess it all. Thats how i think itll happen. Or maybe someone will find out and get Hinata to ask him. Or maybe Nru will realise he has feelings for her and ask.
Oh the possibilities! whee

You're right. xD It's like almost anything can happen with those two.
Maybe Kiba will tell Naruto and ruin it all. @_@ That would suck.

I think Kiba and Shino already know how much Hinata likes Naruto. They are team-mates afterall.

mabey naruto has had feelings for hinata the whole time but has kept it secert and he tells her he likes her.
OR
Kiba and Shino set up a misson for hinata and Naruto and HInata conffess after the misson and they hgo on a Date and Everything gous just as Kiba and Shino Planned it.
