gen_gen_gen He only really shows off when the enemy is hopeless;y outmatched. I mean a bunch of hunters on snowmobiles? Please. The fight was over before it ever began. And in Secret Wars Hawkeye fired a normal arrow that penetrated Piledriver's impenetrable skin. Piledriver's skin can withstand a shot from a .45 without any effect. So Hawkeye can shoot an arrow harder than a gun can shoot a bullet. Yeah it was Secret Wars #8... However Hawkeye can't shoot arrows harder than a gun at every range. It was only because Piledriver was two steps from being in Hawkeyes face... and it's .38 not .45 ... "Those shots where just warnings, dummy! I don't want to have to hit you! From my bow, at this range, an arrow hits a lot harder than any bullet! Back off... Please.." -Hawkeye (secret wars #8 right before shooting Piledriver) Ollie wouldn't give warning shots and he really doesn't care about hitting anyone trying to kill him stare

Okay, not knowing Ion I want to say Phoenix trounces practically anyone, but based on your descriptions Ion, who I'm not familiar with, I begin to doubt. Granted Phoenix personifies power, makes suns go supernova, she is a destructive force, but warping time? If I understand you correctly, Ion could totally evade the Phoenix' grasp. Striking with guerilla execution and enough power to topple even so formidable a force.

I rightly don't know who I think would win. Their both at oneness with everything... both god-esk cosmic powers... I'm going to go with Ion just because he didn't have an 'evil' stage. But not for any strongly suported reason... so yeah...

I am going with Phoenix because it's Jean Grey. She could destroy anything. i really don't know that much about Ion either.

I don't know much about Ion but it seems as though he would win despite all the power Phoenix has.

DestineChaos As much as I want to wack him with a 2x4 and take his time machine... Dr. Who doesn't qualify as a mystic, nor a marvel or dc chacracter... Hey, Dr. Who is so a Marvel character. I've got a good eight or nine issues of the Marvel comic Doctor Who in my room. And a mystic? The Doctor: "...any sufficiently advanced science will look like magic" Ace: "Any sufficently advanced magic will look like science?" --Battlefield Wow I was going to say Dr. Strange just because I don't konw Dr. Fate and Stephen's cool, but I'm bolting. I vote for Doctor Who, that's two of us, right?

I vote for Doctor Who, that's two of us, right? Dr. Who is not a Marvel character... in 1984 they did a 22 issue Dr. Who comic series based on the tv seres, to which they had to have the right to use the character and his likeness as well baseing the comic in the 'Dr. Who Univeres' by the owner of the Series, who was John Nathan-Turner (I think)... Claiming Dr Who is a Marvel owned character is like claiming Dark Horse owns the StarWars Franchise simply because they have the right to use the characters, concepts and other stuff for thier "Star Wars" comic series as well as thier 'Star Wars: Infinites' comic titles that reivents the original trilliogy... I'm trying to keep this, characters who are exclusivly owned by the publishers that create the comic title...

Man, it was a joke. I did not actually intend to enter The Doctor into the equation. And seriously, how could you hack that face with a 2x4? I would go gay for David Tennant. But hey, a more legitimate challenger appears!
