Skidding to a stop just before the watering hole, Yaten placed Ma'isah down on the ground. "I told you so!" He smiled before walking into the water and talking a nice, long drink. "Ah, that feels better!" With his tail, he flicked water at Ma'isah playfully.

Shimah was getting a drink of water when she heard all the commotion. Getting curious, she paced her way down the shore until she came to her older sister and that black cheetah playing games. Calling out happily, "Ma'isah!" She couldn't remember the cheetah's name.

With a little grin, she tilted her head and pawed at the ground. "It really is- HEY!" Laughing she felt the water hit at her fur and she let a wry grin appear. With a l.ittle chuckle, the young cub bounced off and landed on Yaten's side, spraying him with water. Placing a paw on his head, she moved the fur to the center giving him a mohowk. Ma'isah let a scale of giggles excape her throat. But then she heard a familiar voice, a female cub. It was her sister, Shimah. Raising her minty head high, she waved a paw and smiled brightly as if she had no worries. "Shimah! Come on and join us!" Seeing her sister get closer she nudged Yaten and grinned. "This is Yaten my partner in cri- I mean games, and this is Shimah my sister."

Chocolate eyes turned from one green cub to the other. Yaten felt a smile grow on his features as he flicked his tail in greetings, "Well, hello there Shimah. I am Yaten, we kind of met the other day." Tilting his head slightly, "Do you care to join us in some fun in the water?"

Shimah looked at Yaten curiously before she slowly smiled. She felt weird around this new creature, one that wasn't a lion. But her sister and brother seemed alright with him, even had a close relationship with him. "Hi Yaten." She looked to her sister and then to the river. They were playing in the river? She had done that just a little while ago. She shook her head, "No thanks, I just got done playing in the water. I'll be alright here on the shore."

With a little turn, Ma'isah eyed her sister and swished her long tail. The emerald in her eyes flicked with a deep intrest and she listened. "Oh, okay. Well if you change your mind." That was all she said. Turnign about she nudged at Yaten and lunged in the cool depths. Her fur was soaked, the minty color showing in the ripples beneath. With a little laugh her eyes rolled as she nodded in agreement.

A smile grew on Yaten's muzzle as he played with Ma'isah in the water for a little bit. He didn't want to leave Shimah out, so he started heading towards the shore, "Come on, Ma'isah. Let's find something that we can all do." Stepping onto the shore, he shook his coat out till it was slightly wet and fluffy. Chocolate eyes landed on Shimah, "Is there anything you want to do?"

Shimah sat down on the shore and watched her sister and Yaten play. It made her smile to see her sister having fun with a friend as well. Golden eyes lit up as she looked up towards the fluffy cheetah. She giggled and bounced to her feet, "Well, there is something I could show the two of you! Follow me."

Perking her ears foward, she blinked a few tmes. Shimah knew somewhere to go?! Like an adventrue? This made Ma'isah feel bad in her gut, leaving out Siltim. Oh how that angered her. Her Mama being oso overprotective. Twisting her paw she dashed foward and nodded. "Of course!" A little laugh escaped her throat as she whistle dout a smile.

Chocolate eyes brighten as the ebony cheetah smiled. Yaten flicked his tail as he stood up and waited for Shimah to show them the way. "Lead the way, Shimah!" He walked after the green cub slowly, as he was larger and could keep up with the cubs at a slow pace.

Shimah smiled and walked through the grassy plains of the Pridelands. Her golden eyes twinkled brightly, "I'm sure you'll like this place. I found it just the other day." Wandering over a small hill and through the lush valley, she motioned forward, "It's not too far now!"

Flicking her paw upwards, the little cub bound off towards the land she never knew, after her sister. With a cool gaze she grinned and flicked her tail happily. The ebony tip bounced as seh bounced up and down before each step. "Wheeeee." She said in her childish glee. Eyes grew wide as she saw the lush valleys, and a smirk rose to her muzzle. "It is beautiful! Isn't it Yaten?" Looking at her sister she grinned and jolted about, "Good job Shimah! What is the place like?" Curriousity ros ein her voice as she waited.

Flicking his tail a bit, Yaten bomped Ma'isah on the head playfully and had his full attention on Shimah. "Oh, I can't wait then! I bet it's wonderful." He truly meant it, sometimes cubs saw things around them that many others didn't. Chocolate eyes darted left and right, curiously.

Shimah trotted a head of them all, golden eyes looking out for her special spot. Ah, there it was! She quicken her pace before sitting down. On top of a very large him, the view they had was tremendous! From being so high up, one could see Pride's rock to the left and nothing but flat, green plains as far as the eye could see. She curled her tail around her body before looking to Ma'isah and Yaten. "I like this place. It's pretty."

A light green paw rest on a piece of grass, the many hues made her look stiffen as she rested. The Pride Rock. It stood tall in the distance, the stony object large adn on display as if proving a resentment of power. Blinking her emerald eyes, she then gazed at Shimah and nodded. "It is lovely, I love it. The view. How on earth did you find it?!" With excitemnt in her veins she jumped up and spun about, her ears perked to any sound that might bestow upon them.
