Alright! Got a few new ones that have caught my interest. The Dark Tower by Stephen King, and Guildpact by Cory J. Herndon. I haven't finished either of them yet, but I am working on it....

Hanyouman Alright! Got a few new ones that have caught my interest. The Dark Tower by Stephen King, and Guildpact by Cory J. Herndon. I haven't finished either of them yet, but I am working on it.... I'm also reading The Dark Tower, I'm about half way through it. I've read the Ravinca trilogy including Guildpact and it's very good.

I've recently read Macbeth by Shakespeare. I didn't really like it. It was way too depressing for me.

Ayame_Onagi I've recently read Macbeth by Shakespeare. I didn't really like it. It was way too depressing for me. I love that one. Isn't Macbeth's transformation amazing? One minute he's a happy, ambitious, triumpant lord with a future, the next he's killing people, his wife's dead, and he's going crazy and doomed. I'm going to recommend Couch World. It's fairly short and lighthearted, especially compared to Macbeth and the Dark Tower. All of which I heart

I love my local bookstore, they get me everything that I want. Right now I am reading Time Spiral Cycle Book 1: Time Spiral. It is based on the Magic The Gathering universe and it is awesome, this book is dealing directly with planeswalkers. Mostly Teferi, but I have also seen Freyalise and there has been mention of Urza. I have the next book, Time Spiral Cycle Book 2: Planar Chaos, on hold at the bookstore. I also have about four, maybe five, new Star Wars books on order. I'm really looking forward to reading the new Legacy of the Force series.

The member known as gigashadow lives in the same area as I do. I know him IRL and his father own the majority of the Forgotten Realms series. I am currently borrowing the first three books in the Drizzt series from him.

I've read some of the Drizzt books, what do you think of them?
Has anyone read Lisey's Story yet, and is it worth forking up 26$ hardcover?

I finished reading both of the Time Spiral books, now I just have to wait for the third to come out. I also am on my third book in the Legacy of The Force series, unfortunately I had to start at the second book and still have yet to even get the first. I have it on order and will be getting sometime within a wek of May first, there was some kind of wierd thing with a reprinting of the paperback. Also I am going to cop out the extra cash to buy the fifth book in the series when it comes out in hardcover in a couple of months because I am way to into this story to wait however long it'll take for it to be rereleased in paperback. If any of you are fans of the Star Wars universe I command you to buy these or check if your local library has them or something, you must read them.
PLOT SPOILER BELOW IN WHITE: Jacen is going to the dark side, and I think he's taking Ben(Skywalker) with him.

OMG! I recommend reading Tomato Red . It's really excellent, as well as being relativly short (220 or so pages) and an easy read. It's good without being super complicated and time consuming, unlike, say The Stand or Moby d**k.
Going to recommend Maia by the same guy that wrote Watership Down. This one is at least 800 pages though.
Also, anything by Bentley Little. He's a very good horror author heart

Never heard of Red Tomato, or Maia. But I have read both Moby d**k and Watership Down, I tried to read The Stand, but it was really slow to begin and couldn't hold my attention.

ProtectorofGlasses A new Stephen King/Richard Bachman book will be out this June. Blaze, I think its called. The first 2 chapters are up on his site. Urgh, he was supposed to stop writing when he finished Dark Tower. Cell was dreadful, I'm not sure I want to read what he churns out next.
