can i ask what people see as the distinction between electric and acoustic guitar but i count them as one instrument not two. i play the same stuff on both instruments (solos and chords)...its just really stupid to think they are two different instruments when they are the same with the exception of ability to amplify and/or distort...
sorry just had to say it...
coz reading these posts that just stuck out like a sore thumb.
i forgot to mention what i play- i play guitar, bass, piano, clarinet, sax drums and percussion and i sing.
there we go.
