Hinata jumped a bit when she heard some scream jerk which got her out of her panic state. She turned slightly only to see Sasuke running in the direction she was standing with Sakura close behind him. Hinata made a little noise of shock and stepped out of the way quickly almost tripping herself.
She imagined the utter humiliation if Sasuke had run into her and apparently he almost ran into Naruto.

While watching what was happening ahead of her, Sakura didn't let her pace slow down once. She grinned slightly when she saw that Sasuke had stopped, though that grin faded once he started running again and she got a clear view of Naruto. Hearing the blond call her Sasuke-kun a jerk didn't help her attitude, either.
Yet she still ran by him, and focused all of her attention on purposely ignoring him, thus not even noticing Hinata standing nearby. "How dare he call Sasuke-kun a jerk.." she thought bitterly.
However, she was near beaming when she saw that she was slowly but surely gaining on the Uchiha. An idea popped into her brain, albeit it involved possibly getting covered in dirt again.. her mother was not going to be pleased when she came home so filthy. Although.. she was going to grow up and become a ninja, so who cared about a little dirt?
"I've got you.. NOW!" With that, she dove forward and launched herself at Sasuke, her arms extended in front of her in an attempt to tackle him to the ground.

Hinata watched as both Sakura and Sasuke zoomed past her. She blinked a few times then looked over at Naruto.
She slowly started to walk towards him, her hands clutching eachother. "N-Naruto-kun? A-Are you o-okay?" Did she sound like an idiot? This is the first time shes ever spoken to him. She was so nervous she felt as though her heart had stopped.

Out of curiosity, Sasuke slowed down and turned his head around. Well, kids would never understand the concept of 'curiosity killed that cat.' Uchiha Sasuke was no different.
He knew she had him. Bracing himself, he got ready for the impact. Moments later, he found himself laying in the dirt, with Sakura on top of him. He coughed a bit, from the dust that has risen from the crash. When the dust settled, he blushed as it registered that she was on top of him.
"Um..." he said, his eye looking off to the side. He had NO idea what to say, so he shyly turned to face her and nervously laughed, "I....um....I guess I'm 'it' now, huh? Hehe..." His laughter soon drifted away ,and his blush grew even deeper, and he hoped that she would get off of him soon, just to save his face from turning red like a tomato.

Naruto's anger slowly disappeared as he heard someone talk to him. Hyuuga Hinata. Naruto nodded in response to her question. "I'm fine." Naruto didn't know Hinata well. He wasn't sure but there were times when he felt her staring at him. She seemed nice. And to his surprise, she acutually asked if he was okay. Most people would yell at him or never talk to him at all.
Naruto suddenly heard a crash. His eyes suddenly landed at a sight he did not want to see. Sakura was on top of Sasuke. His eyes widen and started to point at them like crazy. "WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!" Was Sakura being on top of Sasuke even appropriate for their age?!

Hinata blushed when Naruto replied. He was actually talking to her. Not sure what to do next, she stood there looking rather lame.
"WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!"
Hinata jumped at Naruto's sudden outburst. How many times was she going to jump in suprise that day? She looked over to see Sakura on top of Sasuke... What were they doing?
"S-Should we go s-see if they're okay, N-Naruto-kun?"
Heck, she didn't even know what they were doing.

Sasuke's head shot up, and he got even more red. Being careful not to hurt his new friend, but quickly scooted out from under her, and pointed back to Naruto, "W-We weren't doing anything! Just playing Tag!"

Sakura's head was spinning for a little while after the impact. She wasn't even aware she had that kind of strength. Although she supposed it came from being angry at Naruto for calling Sasuke a jerk.. and from the adrenaline she had gained while running.
She opened her eyes, blinking a little bit, when she heard Sasuke speak. Her eyes widened, and she actually became as red as a tomato. What she had done finally registered in her mind, and even more so when she heard Naruto's shout.
Her eyes trailed to the boy she practically had pinned down, and the embarrassment only grew. "I'm so sorry, Sasuke-kun.." she mumbled quietly, aiding his process of 'escaping' from her by crawling off of him. "I could have hurt him! How could I have done that!?"
She stood up and dusted herself off, her cheeks still crimson red.

Naruto heard Hinata speak but he didn't response. He was freaking out over the fact that his crush was on top of another boy!
"W-We weren't doing anything! Just playing Tag!"
Tag?! Naruto's eye twitced again. "Tag? Don't you chase after someone in tag? You don't let other people get on top you!!"

She wasn't sure if Naruto was going to yell back or not, but she had no power to stop him, what if it turned into a fight? No..But Naruto sure looked angry. She quietly spoke up "N-Naruto-kun?"

Oh no. She knew it, he yelled back. What to do? She looked over at Sakura.

Sasuke's eye twitched. Naruto was really getting on his nerves. "It was an accident! Mind your own business, baka!"
With a huff, he turned around, a faint red blush still apparent. He then stood up and turned to Sakura, whom had apologized to him earlier. Trying to cheer her up once more, he smiled, "It's okay, Sakura. You tagged me, right? You completed your mission!" With that he gave her a thumbs up, hoping that his friend would smile agian.

It's official. Naruto now hates Sasuke. He even got annoyed when he saw Sasuke cheering up Sakura. Naruto stuck out his tongue at Sasuke. He rolled his hands into fists and stomped away, leaving Hinata behind.

Hinata stood there for a second, realising Naruto had walk- no stomped off. Don't start panicking She looked over at Naruto then back at Sasuke and Sakura.
"S-Sorry Sasuke-kun, Sakura-san.. " Hinata fidgeted some more. "I-I'll just be going now.."
Hinata quickly walked away. What was she going to do know? Should she just wait till class starts?
(Off to dinner XD So good-bye to Hinata-chan for now. XP)

Raising her eyes to look at him, she watched as he gave her a thumbs up and smiled slightly in response. At least he cared enough to make an attempt to cheer her up.. and he didn't seem to be bothered much by what had happened just a couple of minutes earlier..
Naruto, on the other hand.. She cast an annoyed glance in the spiky-haired blond's direction, seeing him stomping away. Her gaze softened, but only barely before she heard Hinata speak. She tilted her head slightly, wondering what she had to be sorry about before the navy-haired girl walked away. Though a little confused, she returned her attention to Sasuke and giggled a bit prior to reaching forward and lightly tapping him on his shoulder.
"Now you're it," she stated, then quickly ran past him.
