Saki gave a loud snort of laughter at Lex's comment in relation to dessert. Laughing to herself she turned again to look at him as the Taxi started on its way out of the campus.
"Don't worry Omae. I don't think they have ice cream on the menu." Raising both her eyebrows and giving him a cheeky grin she turned back to face forwards. Laughing once more at Is's comment.
"Us corrupt people?" She asked in mocke defence. "Never."

Lex raised an eyebrow at Saki's comment and leaned forward. "Too bad amor. I'm having a serious ice cream craving right now," he smirked softly, then leaned back in the seat. He caught the look that Is shot him and only laughed. What? Was he supposed to tone down the lewdness just because her boyfriend didn't get the joke? Giving his head a bit of a shake, he leaned his arm on the door and put his head in his hand to look out the window.

Finally getting what they were on about Giani laughed, though a little uneasy. True he liked his fun, but he believed such things were a personal matter. Not really appropriate to be discussed on a fun night out with friends.
"Who's to say I'm not already corrupted." He laughed as the taxi came to a halt outside a large traditional looking building.

"Sure you are, San Nudo," she grinned up at him and squeezed his hand. She could feel the uneasiness in him and softened her smile. She wanted to give him a kiss, but they were already at the restaurant, so instead she busied herself with picking up her purse. She had never guessed that such a comment would make him feel so uncomfortable, but she supposed she should have. Usually when he joked about such things he was much more subtle about it.

As they came to a halt Saki paid her half to the driver and got out of the car pullinf Lex's door open she smiled and leant against it a little.
"Maybe later, if you play nice." She said with a cheeky grin, holding her hand out to him.

Lex shot Saki a look when she paid her part of the cab fare then paid his part. He got out of the cab and looked down at her as she leaned on the door. At her offer, he raised a brow and kissed her lightly on the forehead. "I'll hold you to that," he winked and took her hand after shutting the door. He escorted her around the cab and slippd his free hand into his pocket as they waited for Giani and Is to join them in front of the restaurant door.

Giani smirked at Is's new nickname for him and payed for both their part of the taxi fare.
"Come on dolce." He said holding his arm out for her to take it as they stepped into the rather expensive looking restaurant.

Is blinked when Giani paid for her part of the fare, then slid across the seat to climb out. She took his arm and hugged it tightly. She shot Saki a bright smile, then looked back up at Giani as a waitress led them over to a booth. Is slid across the seat and tucked her purse between her and the wall as she waited for Giani to join her.

Saki had phoned the restaurant earlier that morning and ordered one of their special menus. Laid out on the table in front of them was an array of traditional food, raw fish, tempura, small dishes of pickles, cooked fish. All arranged neatly on small, pretty plates. Smiling she slid into the seat pulling Lex down next to her and grinning across to Israel.
"I hope you all like this. It looks really good."

Lex made a show of falling ungracefully into the booth next to Saki when she tugged on him. He looked over all of the food, then back over at her.
"It looks delicioso amor," he smiled and took her hand in his under the table.

Giani slid into the booth trying not to hit Lex's knees with his own. Japanese restaurants were just not made for the long legged. He looked the food over and then smiled up at Saki.
"It does look very good." He agreed taking in all the textures and colours. "Good choice ladies." He said giving Israel a grin and wondering if they could start.

"Ooo... you hear that Sa-chan? We got a compliment. I told you it would be fun," she smiled up at Giani and reached under the table to give his leg a little squeeze. She then reached for the nearest set of chopsticks and broke them apart. "What do you recommend trying first Saki?" she asked looking at all of the food before them.

Saki laughed as Lex flopped down next to her and smiled across to Israel and Giani.
She laughed at Is's comment and then looked down at the food.
"Start where you want." She said with a smile, releasing her hand from Lex's to break her chopsticks apart. "Go for what looks best to you." She smiled and went for a piece of tempura as it was her favourite.

Lex broke apart his own chopsticks and reached for the first thing he saw on his plate. Okay... so maybe Saki had been right. So far this wasn't so bad. He glanced over at Giani, then back down at his plate. He just seemed a bit too uptight for his taste though. Sighing inwardly, Lex made a mental note to tone down the innuendos for tonight. He didn't want to make people uncomfortable... then Saki might get upset with him, and that was something the both of them did not want. Suppressing a shudder, he continued to eat.
"Amor... this is fantastic," he smiled at her.

Giani went for a glistening slice of sashimi first. He had never eaten raw fish before, it was delicious. Smiling he tried to think of some way to spice up the conversation. Israel and Saki seemed to be relaxed but Lex seemed a bit quiet and moody for his liking.
"O.k, Disney. Girls Aladdin or the Beast. Lex Jasmine or Cinderella. You have to sleep with one of them."
