Espeon because it's just plain AWESOME! It's fairly hard to get (except for in Colosseum) so you don't see just EVERYONE running around with one. Also they're so mysterious with those eyes...*sigh*

Oh boy. whee I've got so many favorite I don't even know if I can name them all. I suppose I'd better get started!
Kanto Pokemon
-Wartortle. I always loved how its ears looked. ^_^
-Butterfree. I don't know why, but I always found Butterfree fun to use.
-Raichu. It was the very very first Pokemon that I ever fell in love with. I think it was because the thing was just so darned cute that I couldn't resist it. Plus, it's one of the few Electric types that I like, but I'm really not sure why. And I can remember waaaay back in the days of Red and Blue, I made a team of 6 Raichu to battle my cousin Naomi with. I did lose that fight, but at least I had fun with it. heart
-Slowpoke. Its intelligence (or lack thereof) plus the goofy expression it has on its face can almost always make me laugh.
-Clefable. I love Clefable more than most other Pokemon in existance. Back in my Blue Version, I challenged the Elite Four with a Clefable, and this was my very first time ever fighting them. ALL of my Pokemon except for Clefable got knocked out by the time I was finished with Lance, although Clefable was suffering from a Toxic that it had gotten from Agatha (wench domokun ). Using only Clefable, I was able to beat Gary, whom I didn't even know I had to fight, and I was so happy after that that I did a little dance. An 11-year-old Willow doing a dance is a sight to behold. xd
-Alakazam. While it used to terrify me because I could never beat it (this was in my Blue version too), I loved it when I got to use Naomi's (she let me fight a battle with it on her Red version), because it was so powerful. 3nodding
-Lickitung. I remember when I traded for it in Blue, I got so excited because it looked so cool that I called my dad into my room and showed it to him on the TV (I was playing on a Super Game Boy, that went into my SNES). I thought the Lickitung looked really cool, and I liked the fact that its tongue was about 50 times the size of its body. [/exaggerating]
-Chansey. I saw a Chansey for the first time and it resulted in my screaming, "OH MY EFFING GOD NAOMI! *I point to the TV* LOOK AT IT!!!" Again, I was drawn in by this Pokemon's cuteness, but I also loved the fact that it had Softboiled.
-Vaporeon. It was a Water type, and ever since I started playing, I've been in love with Water Pokemon (Naomi's the complete opposite, and loves her Fire Pokemon). Add to this the fact that it's adorable (I'm so shallow xd ) and you have a very happy Willow. Also, I thought its cry was very soothing.
-Jolteon. This was the very first evolution that I made my Eevee turn into. I was always reminded of Sonic the Hedgehog when I looked at it, and as Max and Mike know, I heart Sonic. 3nodding
-Articuno. This was my favorite legendary bird, again because of the fact that I thought it looked beautiful ever since I looked through the binoculars in the guard tower back in Blue and saw it, but I also love the moves that it gets.
-Dragonair. In the Red and Blue versions, this Pokemon's visual appearance was my favorite of all of them-- I loved its beautiful bluish white color, the little bell things on its neck, and the little wings it had for ears.
-Mew. It's amazingly cute (wow, I really AM shallow) and the fact that it can learn ANY TM and HM move made it amazingly impressive to me. 3nodding
I'll post with my favorite Johto and Hoenn Pokemon later.

It was made with extreme elegance and beauty.
I also had a thing for water type pokemon.

Dark - Umbreon, Tyranitar, Cacturne, Crawduant
Dragon - Dragonite, Kingdra, Flygon, Salemance, Latios, Rayquaza
Electric - Raichu, Magneton, Elextabuzz, Joleton, Lanturn, Ampharos
Fighting - HitmonLee/Top, Heracross, Blaziken, Breloom
More to come, I just lost the will to write more on this xD
