There came another tremendous scream, and to her horror, the monster knocked the table away with one swing of it's arm. Without thinking, she reached for the unknown object she had banged her knee on and flung it at the creature wildly...

...sniffed, unfazed by the tremendous explosion. It seemed completely oblivious to the surrounding chaos that was occuring around it. Blissfully unaware, the clammy fingers found their way around Aria's arm and the creature hauled her aloft. She panicked and flailed wildly, kicking madly with her legs, to no avail. The creature opened it's mouth and inhaled deeply, preparing for another srceam...
