I can't believe I didn't post in here. I'd have to say Yuber. Koden 3 made him so menacing and more believable. Plus, not much is known of Pesmerga except that he's strong as heck.

Thats a hard choice to make.
Yuber's Eightfold Rune is really cool.
As for him running all the time, that is understandable becuase he was only a mercenery in S1 and S2 and a merc isn't going to throw his life away for someone elses cuase.
Persmerga is also cool cuz' he is way stronger then Yuber which may be another reason Yuber always runs from battle.

I must say Yuber at this time, the only problem is that I have never scene Pesmerga in action. Therefore me choseing one over the other is a bit... well... unfair.
