Ilori shifted, nodding some. "I Fine." she watched as her attention went to Eva, pouting some when she lost the attention. "Ilori." she butted in, pointing to herself. Sure Eva could have attention too... she just wanted it first, that's all.
Another person joined in then, Ilori tightened her grip on Eva. "Mnn-Nnn." she shook her head no, though it was stifled due to the fact she had her head up against Eva's side. Then paused to look up at Eva to see if he had seen any dogs like that...

The boy nodded down at the younger girl's explanation, his attention shifting from stranger to stranger now. One arm drooped down, wrapping around the little snake-girl's shoulders. "We're doin' okay." He said in response to the woman questioning their wellbeing. And then there was another one in their backyard! Wow, where were all these people coming from? They hadn't gotten much visitors as of late.. Then again, nothing good had really been happening as of late. Usually the prospect of new people would brighten the lad right up, but he seemed to have melancholy etched into him for now.
"We're okay..." A yell? Had there been one? He couldn't quite remember. After all, in their household you grew accustom to noise. He rubbed at his nose with the back of his wrist and wriggled his left ear. "Unnn..." His other ear joined the wiggling. "Da's gone." He responded flatly. He'd been gone for a long time... "Doggy? I don' think we saw any dogs.." He paused to contemplate. "Naaah, no doggies."

Rae frowned, glancing from girl to boy and back again. "It's nice to meet you, Ilori," she politely told the girl, puzzled as to where the yell could have come from. The boy's denial didn't clear anything up for her. She was positive she had heard a yell.
Her question was answered, after a fashion, by the appearance of the very small...woman. She could have yelled as well. For a moment, she just wanted to go and lift the woman up so she could actually see, and she couldn't help snickering a little. "No," she responded, "I haven't seen a dog wearing a green bodysuit." Maybe the woman was crazy. Then again, this was Gaia, and you couldn't really question anything that happened around town. "I'll let you know if I do, though..." she trailed off, but she just had to ask, "Do you want to come over the fence? That doesn't look too comfortable." Sometimes it was nice being tall. Rae could see over the fence without a rock or anything helping her, though the fence did reach to her nose.

"Actually," Kamira said, trying to subtly keep the circulation going in her arms while she spoke. "That sounds like a good idea." At that point her arms gave out finally and she dropped back down. Five minutes were spent trying to get the feeling back in her forearms before she pulled herself back up.
"Er, is there a gate or something, or can I go around?" she asked, mentally playing around with the idea of simply hopping over. Then she decided, no, she rather liked having all her bones intact.
((Gah, made you wait three days for that. xp Sorry, couldn't think of anything else to say without knocking down the fence or something.))

Ilori pondered a moment more, no yells but... then.. "Oh!" she piped up, tugging on Eva's shirt with as much excitment as she could muster. "The lady..." she looked to Eva, hoping he'd explain more. She had seen and talked to a lady, so maybe she had screamed.

Rae's attention remained on the lady for several minutes before she realized that she wasn't coming back up immediately. She scowled and turned back to Ilori as the girl suddenly remembered something. So it was the lady...Well, at least her curiosity was satisfied, and now she just had to make a graceful exit. Not exactly her specialty.
She was saved for the moment by the reappearance of the lady, and she raised an eyebrow in surprise. "I don't know," she shrugged. "Maybe I could pull you over somehow, pick you up or something? You don't look to heavy...or...hey, there's the gate I came through! It's around the front."
She turned to Ilori and Eva. "Er...if that's okay with you, that is."

Kamira blanched at the idea of being picked up by someone she didn't know--she hated being touched by anyone outside of her family. "No, no that's fine," she said hurriedly, to both ideas. "Actually...," she let herself trail off as her feet tried to gain purchase on the smooth wood, finally managing to get her knees up on the top of the thick fence and manuevering until she had perched herself in a reasonably comfortable seated position, her legs dangling in the yard.
"Okay, I'm good," she said cheerfully, deciding to wait until there was an adult that actually lived here before actually entering the yard itself. "Um," Kamira hesitated, momentarily forgetting how exactly she'd gotten to this point. "Oh, right. Well, if you see him, his name's Lee and he was supposed to be home awhile ago."

"Er...Okay." Rae grimaced as the conversation died, glancing about the yard in a quest for something, anything to talk about. "Um, what is Lee?" After that, she could think of nothing more. She came up dry for a few minutes, during which the silence from her lengthened past awkward and into stony. At last she gave up, and turning to Ilori, she asked her, "So...those rocks over there, what are they for? Are they just decoration?" She scuffed her foot, feeling the grass rip under her foot.

((Alrighty, atleast now I know what's going on with Eva. XD Lets get this wrapped up, shall we?))
Eva might have known what she was talking about, but she wasn't sure, as quickly he was being called into the house by mother's voice.
Ilori's hands were pried off of his side, eyes followed him, then pulled back to the two strangers in the yard. Now met with a slight chill, she folded her arms to hug herself, not looking too phased by it other than a minor discomfort. She simply stared for the most part, not sure what else to do at this point.
Rocks? "Sun." she responded with a nod. "Warm." Her tail curled alittle, giving a thoughtful look. Which was interupted as her balance wavered, causing her arms to shoot out like she was balencing in a circus act. "Uhm..." She started, eyeing the ground as though it might knock her over on purpous when she wasn't looking. "The lady.. Say I need find smile and laugh." She nodded, looking to the other two as though they'd know what that meant. They were adults right? Ofcourse they knew.
