The 69 Eyesso i have here a very good band their name are the 69 eyes... have saw a pic where jussi (the drummer of this band) kiss ville so that's the offical webiste Clickand this is a another one but not the offical but it is much better =) Click2 i must say to this page..it is in german but some things are written in english i hope you like this band =) ciao maike =)

some finnish/related bands i know of:
Negative :they are a band from Tampere, Finland. They sorta sound like Guns n' Roses, yet an earlier version. I also hear a tad of HIM in there too. The two albums i know of are called Sweet & Deceitful, which is the new one, and War of Love. One really good song of theirs is called "In My Heaven"
Smack:They are from the 80's. and the guitar player in the band is actually now Linde's brother-in-law. I don't know much about them, but they are good.
Bendover: This is Gas' side project. Apperently you have to be over 250 lbs to be in the band. Har dee har har
Kill Hannah: They are related to HIM in the fact that they opened for HIM's U.S. tour. They are quite good, and the singer has a tres unique voice
Helltrain: They are sorta related to HIM in the fact that Jimmy Pop brought them to America, the same guy that put out some HIM records. They are from Sweden and are mad death metal. "Route 666" is like the best song, and they are very good. Sorry for that random relation, i just wanted er body to know bout Helltrain. Yay Sweden! whee

Jades_Fire_Inside some finnish bands i know of: Negative Smack Bendover(????) and some others......i can't remember them, plus alot were already said.. Negative sucks a**.

Wundii Jades_Fire_Inside some finnish bands i know of: Negative Smack Bendover(????) and some others......i can't remember them, plus alot were already said.. Negative sucks a**. I love them, but to each his own they say.....this was just a forum asking for other finnish bands, not bands you like........I hate bendover...but i put it anyways...and why such negative words? No need for them, really....

I'm sorry.
But here.. Negative.. Is just another.. Trying to be like HIM. HIM is a legend already, we all know it.
All teens and wannabe goths listen to Negative.. They're all like, "I'm soooo dark, I listen to Negative!!!11!!"
Whatever.
And by the way..
Jades, I think in your sig.. you mean Kuusi-kuusi-kuusi.. Or kuus-kuus-kuus..
Because Kussi... Just brings mind Kusi(=piss). lol

Jades_Fire_Inside Well, im sure nobody want to hear this but The RasmusI think the rasmus absolutly rock. Theyare a sort of pop rock adult pop band. They are from Finland and are somewhat related to HIM. Lauri (the lead singer) and Ville sang a song together, "Bittersweet", along with Apocalyiptica (sp?) Some songs i would suggest would be off their album DEAD LETTERS, like F-F-F-Falling, The One I love, Still Standing, In The Shadows and In The Shadows. Their officiall website can be found at www.therasmus.com. So yeah, give them a chance! they rock! Y ES!! They rock! People say their crap and are posers and such but I still think they rock, and they do Indeed. They also have/had the same manager as HIM - Seppo - Right? I'm sure I read that somewhere.

xxFollowxx ~|~LULLACRY~|~ Lullacry is a fairly unpopular Finnish band and started in 1998! they have opened up for nightwish at one concert in the US.. there music is rock and its got a female singer by the name of Tanja my fave song is "crucify my heart" there official website is here clikeyand has some pretty cool stuff on it!! including all the bands email addresses!! xp xp heart

uummm ok this band his no link to finland , but they were at an award ceramony that ville was at so i guess that sorta connects them to finland in a wierd sorta way lol any way
Dragonforcethese guys are amazen they play long songs which are and average of like 6 mins each(sum are as long as eight or nine) they have amazin riffs and solos which often swich between the two guitarests for like 2 mins. they are power metal and are like maiden in some ways, they have also supported maiden on at couple of shows

I like it. And "Bittersweeet is the best song I've heard in a long time. The music video is awesome. I just bought The 69 eyes cd "Devils". It's ok... I've only heard it all the way through once... but I'm not really diggin the vocals much.
