I find it a lot more lovable when it's with the opening animation. On it's own its not as exciting as when you have all the colours swirling around and everything.

I just bought the first season boxset!
And I LOVE it! OMG! I can't wait for the second season to comeout out in boxset style. That way I can buy it all at once. But the fifth DVD is only comes out in September so I have some time to spare it comes out.
And ya, Yuri does turn out to be a jerk evil

Second season is very good. Your are introduced to a few more new characters. . but of course the main character is still pursuing her dreams, and you see her doign more stuff (thats all i'll reveal lol). I deffinately recommend it. I really enjoyed Kaliedo Star because of its uniquness and it was just superbly done smile
