1
-Celina took her staff with thorns and started to spin it vigerously as the sound barrier broke. Celina practiced swinging the staff in an offensive manner. Her hands bled from the thorns but she held on anyway. As blood trickled down her hands and ams she remained solemn and stayed focus on her training. 1

-Celina took the staff and swung it rapidly between her fingers as she bled. Blood dripped as fast as she spun the staff. Celina put the staff down and reached for her nun chucks. She started swinging them so fast that the eye couldnt keep up-

-Blood flashed as she swung the nun chucks around her body perfectly. Her self awareness was supherb. Celina threw the chucks on the ground and began stretching her arms by pulling them down and across her chest-

-Celina then put her arm behind her head and bent her elbows so that her elbows were up and touching the back of her head. Celine slowly put on more pressure then slowly moved her hands back to her sides then locked her fingers. She twisted her waist going side to side-

-Celina spread her legs out and bent over reaching for her left ankle as she felt the strecth in her arms and back. Celina then reached for her right ankle getting a good stretch. Celina then slowly moved to the middle of her legs still bending over. She slid her legs further apart and turned to one side and leaned to the oposite side-

-Celina Celina turned to the oposite side and stretched. She then placed her hands on her thighs and slowly spread her legs little by little getting into a split. From there Celina put her hands in front and brought her legs back making her body straight. She was in push up position. Celina bent her arms and extended them 30 times doing 30 push ups-

-Celina pushed off with her legs and stood on her hands and bent her elbows. She did that 5 times and rolled to her feet. Celina backflipped 10 times quickly and on the last flip she slowly came down and rolled onto her back. Celina did 50 sit ups and stood up. She shook herself off to loosen herself up-

-Celina rolled her neck out and her shoulders as well. Celina then put the tips of her toes to the ground and rotated her ankle. Celina did a few jumping jacks and started jogging in place. Celina was getting tired bt she toughed it out since she took training serious. Celina began running around until she was wiped out-

-Celina laid down on the grass. She was very tired. The cool breeze brought her comfort and cooled down her over heated body. Celina rested for a few minutes and finally stood up. Celina started punching the air rapidly. She practiced over and over trying to make her punches faster and straighter-

-Celina continued punching the air. Each punch was better than the last. Her accuracy and speed grew greatly and eventually she broke the sound barrier with a single strike. Celina then started practicing her blocking. She swiped her hands side to side swaying her body and moving eligently. She tried to block faster and frquently so she would block as well as she struck-

-Celina's blocks were consistent and steady in a quick frequency of swaying. Her shoulder blades were loose so when she blocked it would sway more giving her a faster blocking ability and allowing her to break the sound barrier but with blocking. Celina swayed her body weight increasing the speed of the block. Celina had become familiar with her blocking and moved onto shifting her weights for a variety of moves and different kicks. Celina shifted weight to her left side and her right side. She moved it to her legs and upper body then began loosening up some more-

-Celina shifted her weight once more and swung her left leg at a tree. The tree bark cracked and fell off. Celina shifted her weight to her other leg and kicked once more. A huge amount of bark flew off. celina's right side was her dominant side so she kicked much better with her right. Celina then shifted her weight and piveted her body as she punched the tree with her bloody hands. With each strike she pivveted and switched weight into that fist. The bark flew up into the air with every blow delivered to the tree. Eventually the tree was bare and no more bark was on the tree anymore.

-Celina's hands and shins were numb from all of the kicking. Celina then started to focus a bit. She let out fire with a quick strike to the tree. Tree was starting to burn down but Celina kept on kicking and punching the tree adding on more and more fire with each hit. The tree began to fall over but in the oposite directing of Celina. Celina jumped up into the air and landed on the tree. The tree was still falling as Celina was on top of it still striking the falling tree. The tree landed with a thud as dust, debree, and durt kicked up along with the ashes of the burning tree. Celina brought fire to her hands and spun around many times in a quick flash. Fire flew out and around her clearing out the dust, debree, smoke, and dirt. The ashes were under her control so she blew it outwards like she had done with her fire.

-When the debree, ashes, dust, dirt, and smoke cleared Celina was standing in the middle of a firey circle. The fire swirled around her as she continued to shoot out her fire adding to the firey windwhirl. The windwhirl formed into a tyfoon and swallowed the tree and reduced it to ashes and smoke. Celina swayed her arms and cleared out the fire as she raised the ashes and swirled them around and up into the air. Celina took the ashes and lead them into many garbage cans that were on the roads.
