I think it was a bit extreme to sue the railways, but yes in a way they are responsible. I mean they were allies, they could have easily pulled the "hey bizniz you're loosing the damn war, i'm on the u.s and british side so go shoot somemore speed up your arm and call it a day while i sit here with all j-homies.. bizniz."
i still think it was extreme but i won't say anythign saying that it shouldn't have been done.
