"For some reason gang or pack comes to mind," Scarlett said, making a face. "Then again, there are too many peacocks on campus that think their top bird and can have anything they want."
Scarlett shrugged her shoulders, part of her was still bitter over the Sora thing, especially since she heard via the school gossip that he ended up breaking up with Israel and turned around and started dating Xel. What he saw in that butch, overbearing girl, Scarlett had no idea.
"Too bad the front desk doesn't have board games or something. An old schol game night would be something tacky and fun to enjoy with a group of the kids..." Scarlett mused. "Or a potluck dinner or a pajama party with movies in the lounge or something..."

"What do you mean, top bird?" Ra asked slightly confused by her sentence and concerned by her tone. At the mention of games he perked up a little.
"I'm not sure many people are into those kinds of things." He said with a smile. "Everyone is a self important teen. They would think pajama parties and card tricks a little childish maybe." He looked across the room in thought. "A proper party however, or a BBQ on the beach or something. I know the beach is quite far, but if a few of us chared taxis it shouldn't be too bad."

"Some guys just think they are God's gift, and they can use that to their benefit without give a hoot about the people it affects," Scarlett shrugged. "I'm not say that all guys are like that. Maybe there's just a concentration of meglomanics at this school. You certainly aren't. You're one of the few quality guys in this looney bin."
Scarlett toed the chair playfully. Worn out from dance and studying, she still had energy for some reason. Ra's ideas were good, and she wondered who they could round up to hit the beach.
"I think a regression night is good from time to time. Maybe it's just because everyone seems in a rush to grow up. I'm not planning on dying anytime soon, so I'd like to keep this heart of mine young just a little bit longer." Scarlett said thoguhtfully. "Maybe I'll call up Saki, Obie and a couple of the girls for a girls night. It's been ages since I've seen most of them."
After a pause, she added, "Though if there are games like Truth or Dare, I might pass. Those get a little too personal for my tastes."

Ra laughed though not really at what she said, more at her declaration of Aquila as a looney bin.
"Thank you." He said genuinely. "I think you have been hanging out with the wrong kinds of people. There are plenty of good guys. Though many of them are new."
"I think if you have girls like Obie, Is ... maybe Saki. You shouldn't end up with truth or dare. They are cool girls. I could even crash round one of my friends or something if you wanted to use this whole place without annoying me with girly stuff."

"I think I just need to be a little less naive when it comes to people," she mused, wrinkling her nose. "I don't doubt that there are good people, maybe I am just gravitating to the wrong sorts."
Ra's offer to crash at a friends so she could have the flat to herself with the girls gave Scarlett a great sense of comfort. She didn't take offense to his claiming that they'd annoy him with girly stuff. She smirked and wondered if he would sing a different tune if Chii were on the guest list.
"If you're cool with that-- that would be supreme," Scarlett squealed, pulling her legs up onto the couch and resting her arms and chin on her knees. "Don't want to start rumors that you're amassing a harem now, do we...?"

"I'm totally cool with it." He said finishing his tea and placing the mug on the table. "I'll crash at Chii's or Kayne's or something. I'm sure someone would take me in." He said with a smirk. A refugee from girly land.
"Hey, I would have a peacock reputation then." He said with a laugh. "Earn myself some credability on campus."Not that I haven't been drawing enough attention to myself already. Did you hear about the streaking incident?"

"Oh, I figured I'd ask Chii if she'd be interesting in joining us," Scarlett said, giving Ra a playful glare. "You can't just keep her all to yourself, you know."
Scarlett laughed, playing with a loose section of hair, wrapping it around her fingers. She nearly yanked it out of her head when Ra mentioned a streaking incident. Her roommate, the no-touchy boy actually did something as ludicrous as streaking? She couldn't fathom the idea.
"You streaked across campus?!" Scarlett gasped, eyes wide with disbelief and surprise. "Please tell me you're kidding me?" Fascination was clear in her voice.

"Then I could have her room all to myself." He smirked back moving one leg to hug his knee.
At her exclaimation he burst out laughing.
"Oh, hell no." He bagan through his laughter. "Me? run across campus naked. I don't think so." He smirked, recovering. "No, when Parisa was here a few weeks ago, she ended up daring Kayne to streak, which he did." Ra shook his head remembering the incident. "He got caught by Dr Kamikawa and Morimoto in front of the PTA. I got busted as his accomplice."

"Clearly, I've been spending too much time in the dance halls and not enough time slacking with you," Scarlett giggled, wondering what kind of guy would have to nerve to attempt such a stunt. "I always miss the good stuff."
Scarlett pouted playfully, but at the mention of Dr. Kamikawa and Mr. Morimoto, her eyebrows jumped. Clearly it might not have been as enjoyable with teachers and parents watching.
"I could only imagine their reactions," Scarlett said, biting her lip in thought. "It might have been funny if the PTA wasn't with them. I am sure that it made things a lot more complicated. Did you get any punishment? "
